What do you do when your LASER machine electronics fail? Well you contact this folks here not just a day to day pc or phone repair shop they are amazing and caring in what they do! Gave them a call, explained the issue and dropped off the Electronic Board to them. The next day to my surprise I was told it was ready for pick up. I did not think they would have been able to fix it. Well I stand corrected, saved me a bunch of money and a ton of time if I would have to wait for a new control board and not to mention loss of business. Hit them up these Folks are Amazing! HUGE Shout out to the TECH that fixed my board!

Went for an iPad screen replacement, for us it was a very reasonable price and they did it really quick! Only took a couple hours! Before we left the I pad, I called to make sure they had the part and the gentleman that helped me was very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

They charge very reasonable prices and would help me when Apple refused to do so at a reasonable price. I appreciate their honesty and work-ethic. I'd recommend this shop for any electronic repair and assistance. (I came to them seeking battery replacement with my 2017 MacBook Pro).

Dropped off my laptop on March 26th to get the keyboard replaced and they said it should take 3-5 business days to fix and that they will let me know if anything happens. Hadn't heard anything since the 31st so I go in to check then they tell me the part is Bing ordered so it will take 9 more days. I don't hear anything for 2 weeks so I go in on April 16th to see if there is any news it's then that they tell me that the part won't arrive till May. If I had know it would have taken 2 months to fix my laptop I would have taken it somewhere else.

Worst place to get a repair! I ordered a screen for my watch in October and advised me my screen would get to their store in about a week or so so i waited and i called, still no screen so i waited and kept calling and still nothing and this went on for months! I had to come into the store this week which is already January then all of a sudden they had the screen.at this point it’s been way to long i’ve been nice and i wanted a full refund since they failed to even reach out and had me waiting for so long.they gave me half of my refund because it’s their “policy”

Man I been coming to this place for a couple years now. And I have recommended people. Hands down. Very professional. Time management at its best. And upfront honest about everything. Definitely I am going to keep coming back and be bringing my devices.

BEWARE! Their warranty on their repairs for screen replacement is only 15 days. Spent $300 for a replacement screen on my Galaxy S9 and now the screen does not work after 90 days. I don't even use the phone except for mining crypto which the phone may get touched 4 or 5 times a week. They will not even do a free diagnostic to determine if it's a defective screen they installed! Diagnostic is $40.

In today’s World, very few Homo sapiens sapiens can survive without a cellphone, and I’m no different, though I’m definitely in the “Digital Dinosaur” category who is evolving!
Anyway, I’m familiar enough with my 8+ to know when it’s having (potential) problems, notably the charging port failure. I took it to this excellent location for their expert attention. Immediately, ADRIAN set to cleaning the charging port, and before I knew it, he (and all the gifted techs there) had my 8+ fully functional. Definitely, this fantastic facility is THE place to go for all your cellphone needs; it has my “iWheel of Approval! ”

Took my ps4 to get cleaned and was returned the same day. Customer support were friendly and and welcoming but most importantly they were respectful.
