Liz really stands out in sales representatives, with giving me actually some of the best customer service I have received in years in any industry!

Just bought a pair of boots, we want to thank Raegan. She was super attentive and welcoming. She informed us on how to properly maintain our boots and even gave them a shine. We will be back to buy more products and will recommend this location to our friends and family.

I love Tecovas boots! I have taken few friends here to buy their cowboy or - girl boots. The quality is amazing. They fit well and come with good selection of boots, high, medium tall boots and also booties. Their socks are the most comfortable ones you can have for your boots.

As a follow up to a previous review I made; I purchased a pair of black Cartwrights a few months ago, sparingly wore them and had some issues with workmanship (Monday or Friday boots I guess). I brought them in to see what can be done. Drew and Reagan (sp) took ownership of the situation, recognized the severity of the issue and had a new pair sent to my home. While there I got a lesson as to how their boots are made. What could’ve been a stressful situation turned out to be an easy one. If you’re in the market for a pair of boots, don’t hesitate to give Tecovas a try. They’re a good boot, and the staff is exceptional. I’ll be getting another pair there soon.

There are 2 amazing people we need to recognize and that is Parsa and Liz.

Let’s start with Liz- what a wonderful opening lady. She was so fun to pick out boots with, grabbed all the sizes for me and fiancé because we were trying to find wedding boots. She was just the right amount of opinionated because she helped me find my dream boots! Liz made the store feel like a fun family and not just a business.

Then we have Parsa- this is THE guy I want to shop with, hang out with, learn from, literally… you name it. I learned so much about my new boots that I feel confident to take care of them and not let it just sit in my closet because I’m nervous they’re going to fade. He made the Tecovas store feel like a luxury experience with the southern hospitality we all want to be a part of.

These two are such a dynamic duo and when someone goes into the Legacy West store, make sure they are working!

Poor inventory management. Tried to buy a pair of boots and was told the location in Knox/henderson had them and that they called to hold them for me. Drove over an hour in traffic to that store to pick them up and was told there were none on hold for me and that they didn’t have that boot in stock. But they said the store in Legacy West in Plano had them (Where I was just at). Drove an hour back to the legacy west location in Plano for them to have the wrong color boot on hold for me. Overall horrible customer service and inability to accurately get their customers the correct boots.

Absolutely love this store. Employees give you their expert opinions on size and fit. Purchased a few pairs from this location and they were spot on with it. Boots were comfy! I like the fact they have an anniversary boot that’s limited to only maybe a thousand sold and the number is printer inside. Their cloths are nice and soft also. Good quality stuff!

The place is small but the moment you arrive at the entrance, you can already feel you’re going to buy something. The huge wooden opening door, screams Texas all over it!
The friendly customer service was immediate, the moment I walked in. A gentlemen who was very kind, talked me to different styles and sizes. I bought The Men’s Dean character boots! Next time I will definitely bring my family, for I felt guilty going shopping here alone!
