2 I arrived Sunday evening for a Monday morning appt, and parked at the door where they receive. I had looked at previous reviews and saw that the parking was precarious and it is. If you can get in the night before, I'd suggest that. Just be sure to back as close to the roll up door as you can and I suggest a lock on trailer. Be sure and lock your door when you sleep, and just be mindful.it is Houston.
Very nice folks, woke me up at 0510 and had me unloaded before 0600. Lumper was $120 for 5 pallets.
If you come during business hours, you'll probably have to park on Detroit Street next to Premex convenience store.

Not very feasible for a semi. You have to park on 8081 Detroit St and walk in your papers and they have to move some cars for you to be able to fit.
