Customer service for this company is top notch, even when internet needs some work, they are on top of things. Lane within Sales is great, Sandy in the billing dept is super nice, and the after hours team that handles the tech support calls is super friendly.

TekWav has by far been the best internet for me. They are always on top of getting us up and running if we go down which is not very often.

Just changed from 903 broadband to Tekwav. So far it has been a smooth transition. The install team was great! Lane was helpful in answering all of my questions and definitely helped me get on track with what I needed for plan. Most places try to get you to buy there highest plan and thats it. But Lane helped me choose a plan that worked for me and my family.

These guys have been absolutely wonderful and I have nothing but nice things to say! There Customer service is amazing and
extremely helpful! If your with 903 and debating on switching. Switch. Its the best thing we ever did!

Lane was great to work with. Answered all my questions and stayed in touch thru the whole process. Did not try to oversell me in the packages. Actually talked me into the lower priced plan as that was all I needed and saved me money! The tech that came out did an awesome job. Have not had one issue since set up. Good connection, no buffering, just great service! And half the price of what I was paying!

I highly recommended Tekwave. They couldn’t be more helpful with explaining their services and what would fit my family best.
The technician Bailey who came out to hook it and his team were wonderful. They explained to me all the equipment etc.
I am so pleased and i had checked with many other internet companies in areas and by far they were the best.

Two gentlemen came out and installed everything. They were very nice and polite. They were on time and very thoughtful. They keep everything nice and neat. The box and wires look so tidy. I would highly recommend them. Everyone has been great.

Started With TekWav today. There installation team was very polite, informative, and very professional. They wanted to make sure all areas were working perfect and to my satisfaction before they even thought of leaving. Great Customer Service.

I recently became a TekWav client and completely satisfied. Internet in my rural area is hard to come by- Lane from TekWav went above and beyond to earn my service.

While I anxiously await high speed fiber internet to be available, Lane was a superstar.

Great customer service, great internet service, great everything! We just moved to the area and had big issues with the leading cable provider here. We never had solid connection, it kept going in and out and you can't even talk to a person when you try to call. They had someone come out that worked on it and said it should be fine after that, and it didn't at all.

Fast forward to working with TekWav, I had someone reach out to me immediately after filling out the form online, and we were scheduled in just a few days for installation! Lane answered all my questions and was super helpful. The person that came to install was very nice and helpful also!

Now we have fast internet that is so reliable and we are so happy with it. No more dealing with spotty or slow internet anymore. Thank you TekWav!

I have been using TekWav for over 7 years now and they never cease to amaze me! Tekwav is a great company with awesome customer service! It's very fast and reliable. I would recommend anyone to make the switch. All of my neighbors and family use them and couldn't be happier! Thank you Tekwav for always going above and beyond!

When it works it’s good.

Unfortunately, it’s a monopoly out here for internet and paying $80 for subpar internet is frustrating. They have no social media team or tech reporting outages on their Facebook or website. I never know if the issue is me or their “towers”. I never get texts about outages until after I contact them.
