I have used Tell Projects countless times for projects big and small. They are fast, responsive and their crew is very skilled at what they do!

Most recently I had them do a bar backsplash and install some shelves. Turned out amazing!

Service was bad. 2 months contract took 6 months. Poor communications with the Forman like Zack. It's a traumatic experience.

Great project, awesome crews. Kitchen made my wife super happy so I am happy. Price was great for the high quality. Great PM was Zach. Lots of communication and finished in a timely manner.

Overall it was a very bad renovation experience with this company, all I can say is stay away. Few things to note off the top, the reviews you see for 5 stars are fake. Look at the generic wording and the dates all these reviews came in. No business can get this many reviews in this short period of time. The company paid someone to write the reviews, that being said, make sure your contract is very very detailed. We went in with a very detailed plan and assumed the contract was written this way to our plan. The company will write a very generic contract without details so they can charge you for extras afterwards. The project manager, Zach, is also the owner of the company, so his only concern is cutting costs. He makes up numbers to his liking and because it is the generic contract, his go to answer is “it is not in the contract”. All this was found out afterwards once we ran into so many issues with this contractor. Highly recommend staying away from this company, just very dishonest. Also after this review they will reply back, if you look at Zach’s replies you will notice he will never admit mistakes and blame the client, look at all reviews he responded back to.

Tell Projects has been my go to remodeling company since 2019 through this year. I've contracted out 4 distinct jobs to them and they are by far the best remodeling company, particularly around customer service, integrity, and workmanship product. They've essentially remodeled my entire primary house due to a leaking pipe issue from a prior plumbing company that resulted in significant remodeling project. They are a one stop shop that can literally build an entire house up from the ground. In addition, our latest project was to setup our landscaping for our Airbnb and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend using Tell Projects for any future remodeling projects. And shout out to Zach! He's been out main point of contact and lead project manager that has coordinated and executed all 4 of our projects.

I’ve had great experiences with this company. They have done electrical, plumping and structural work to my living room.
Our next project is to remodel our bathrooms and they have been very professional while communicating design options, materials and colors while making sure I stay in my budget.

Hired this company for a kitchen and living room remodel. Basically an open concept intro for an oldish house. The work was decent, but I definitely struggled with communication several times. What was supposed to take 3 months took five even with some hiccups along the way, I had several weeks where no one worked on the house. Towards the end lots of little details were missed and I just wanted to be done and have my house back. I gave detailed things I wanted done to the office, where the staff was attentive and responding, but it never seemed to have made it over to the project manager and workers, who missed entire sets of details and had to be reminded of things over and over, and some in the end were never done. I’m giving three stars because of the work, which was decent to a degree, but overall experience with them was quite tiring. Communication was a huge problem throughout and I was even locked out of my own house once. The pricing is fair in some areas I think and over priced in others. You have to be prudent and do your research.
