First, the staff is really kind, efficient and professional. My check in process, even as a first time patient with too many forms to complete, was smooth and without issue. The check out process was equally as pleasant and took less than two minutes. The staff member already had my insurance information prepared to bill and confirmed my services at check out. It was evidenced that the staff works together with an efficient process.

Dr. Ekwo was very personable, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable during my exam and made sure to inquire about any concerns I had. Her response was both professional, but comforting which is what sets her a part from other doctors. Even though there were serious matters to discuss, we even laughed during my appointment which made for a much more pleasant experience.

The overall wait time to see the doctor was a bit long, however, it was evident that everyone in the office was working really hard and there were a lot of patients this particular morning. Once I was taken back to see the doctor, however, the process moved quickly from weigh in to check out. Immediately after leaving the office I sent a text to friends encouraging them to consider Dr. Ekwo for their womanly services. If you’ve gotten this far in this review, you already know that you need to book.
