Called their shop to see if I could visit and ask some questions about what they do and possibly get more knowledge about machining for my own personal use. Was flat out told no they do not do those types of things. People are so quick to think you are tyring to sell something to them that they don't want to help you but want people to but the products they sell.great business concept.

This is one of the worst places I have ever worked for I continually worked hard and always improved for this company and never got any praise for it but the one time you mess up though they are quick to railroad you and treat you like you lack intelligence they also have a severe lack of professionalism the supervisor on night shift Stan Dragoo has said things that you just do not say to employees has even put his hands on me and the HR did not really take it seriously I would highly consider applying here because as a saw operator I was forced to run 2 saws at a time due to lack of staff because the high volume of people quitting I was denied 2 raises after I had re organized the whole dept and labeled everything in it cleaned it beyond spotless trained countless people was required to switch shifts for a week to try and better myself with extra training from the saw tech guy volunteered to work 12 hrs through that week to help both shifts with production and like I said Stan Dragoo is the most unprofessional man I have ever met I had accidentally left the lights on the bathroom he asked me if I was raised in a barn I went to look for carts to put material on and I went to the back to get one and apparently there was one by his office that I did not see and as I'm coming back with a cart with a fellow co worker he said if I didn't stop messing around he would send me home even though I was coming with a cart he told me that the empty one was by his office I told him I did not see it and he told me even Ray Charles could have seen the cart this is a very non appreciated job especially the saw dept it's by far the most physical job in there and it gets the least amount of appreciation and I was let go due to my fellow co worker cutting material that wasn't meant to be cut although it was the correct size it was ordered to be used for a different job and need less to say I was basically treated as a supervisor without the pay or title and I was running my saw so it's not my job to baby sit him my task is to make sure he cuts the right material at the right length which he did although he grabbed the wrong bundle which is not my job to check that he has responsibility to check things as well I was let go for his mistake and just like him I am also a normal employee but for anyone who has seniority they put you in a supervisor role I was put into one only 2 weeks into the job and had to figure out the job myself because the supervisor on our shift had no clue what he is doing with saws he only knows machines and Quality control and God forbid you ask for his help he gives you attitude for asking for help and also the supervisor does not do anything when the first shift leaves everything messed up I have had countless times where they have left messes had not staged material for our shift to cut when we get there had not refilled the machine with coolant or empty the shavings bucket but our supervisor holds us to the standard it's not equal for both shifts 1st shift gets special treatment and there actions are always excused this place is not for there employees they are for there own pockets that's all I have be sure to once.again really think before taking a job offer here
