He safely got my family off the side of the road on a busy holiday week. Even though it was a tight ride, he made us comfortable and to our destination safely. We will forever be indebted. Riley did a great job! He arrived in a timely manner. My 2 yo daughter was curious about the tow truck and he took the time to show her how the flat bed works. Highly recommend them.

Called on a Friday to have a scheduled tow for Monday morning. Was told they don’t do scheduled tows…understandable. Called back this morning (Monday) and was told it would be several hours before someone could get to me. So…. I called one of the drivers I know personally…. This driver was confused because they had been sitting waiting for a call to tow all morning. Meanwhile, I will have to wait until Thursday and attempt to get a tow then…. While my vehicle could be at the mechanic shop getting fixed. Mechanic prefers Temple Towing or I’d probably use another company.: ( (Just want to add I used Temple Towing to get my vehicle home when it initially ‘died’ and had a great experience.)

Life savers! Called for a tow, car picked up from my house and taken to the shop in less than an hour!

After waiting several hours from around 3pm, for them to stop attending to other calls after ours, they finally decided to attend to our needs, then the driver didn't want to attend to us because he wanted to go home or something, so we had to wait another hour for someone to handle our situation, a 146 mile tow. The driver, Robert, 'Danny', Reymundo, was friendly and professional.

Very patient, friendly staff! Excellent customer service, they even met with me after hours so I can get my vehicle! Very welcoming, warming environment! Sweet and kind people!

Only thing they did right was show up in a timely manner, overall terrible experience… driver Riley hopped in my car right next to my wife without asking, as if I cannot put my own car in tow mode which made both my wife and I very uncomfortable. He used a flat head screw driver to remove the tow eye cover which resulted in damage to my bumper, damaged my rim, left his dirty greasy fingerprints all over the interior of my car and over all just left it a complete disaster… I expect more competence coming from a business that is so highly rated… moral of the story will not be using them for service in the future and will be advising friends and family away from this business

The lady who answers said that there will be no one to let me get unto my car until Monday morning. The website says 24 hours. And since my house keys are in the car I can't get into my home with out breaking a window. I was in an accident I didn't have a repossession. I wish they never had my car in their lot but I didn't get a choice of where my car was to go.

So I guess me abd my kids are gonna have to sleep outside until Monday.

In the late evening, two hours away from home, my vehicle encountered unforeseen problems. Thankfully, I contacted AAA for assistance and Danny from Temple Towing arrived promptly, within just 20 minutes. Danny proved to be a knowledgeable, kind, respectful and professional.

Given the situation, it became evident that my vehicle needed to be towed back to our residence, a considerable distance of nearly 150 miles. Throughout the process, Danny maintained excellent communication, even speaking with my husband over the phone to explain the situation and assure him of my safety while riding in the tow truck.

If you ever find yourself in need of towing services around Temple, I highly recommend this company, and if possible, request Danny to assist you. With his years of experience and kindness, he made a positive difference during this unexpected and frustrating situation, especially as I was alone in an unfamiliar town. I am grateful for the outstanding service provided.

Overall had a good experience with Temple Towing. I had a fifth wheel towed. Matt was communicative when he was running a little late and was patient when we had to get setup. Prices were reasonable as well.

Thank you for rescuing my son. He had a left front tire blow out south of Salado and you got him back on his way. His mother and I are so very grateful.
