Tender Hearts, Conroe TX

One of my family members is living here and they are allways fast and responsive when my uncle needs attention. Most places will just leave you there. I have been happy with the service here I would recommend to everyone.

Tender Hearts is a bright and happy place with such positive energy that is exhibited throughout the residents and staff. The residents we've spoken to all comment on their happiness and satisfaction with Tender Hearts. It was a hornor to be involved and training them in CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS and Oxygen. The residents said they love it there, the aroma from the kitchen caught me by surprise because some people give boxed meals they were having Meatloaf, greens, yams, blackeye peas and cornbread. When I walked up the the house setting facility I could smell that crisp clean smell and the meatloaf in the oven. Rooms clean and bright as well as the bathrooms. They didn't pressure the residents to do an activity they didn't want, some were playing dominoes, bingo, reading books, on computers, cross word puzzles and TV. I'll go back to train their staff and residents anytime! Highly Recommend!

I can speak very highly of Corey and his caregivers! When I first met a patient at a skilled nursing facility that I helped place there at Tender Hearts, she was extremely anxious, crying and scared. I went to tour another family there and checked in on that resident and there she was in her room watching TV and extremely peaceful! She held my hand and told me how happy she is now and how Mr. Corey makes her laugh. It’s not always about a ‘fancy’ place, it’s the love and care these residents get! All of the residents are very comfortable there and it shows! I highly recommend Tender Hearts.
