Teppanyaki Grill & Buffet, El Paso TX

The facility here is ridiculous, they are immature, discriminative and rude. We stepped into the facility and were being talked about and judged. We sat at our table and it took 10 minutes for us to receive our drinks, while everyone around us was being attended to. The food was terrible, so that didn’t even make up for the horrible service. Really overpriced and overal would not recommend wasting your money here.

Very busy, fast paced buffet! Plenty of variety, and overall, an excellent, all-you-can-eat buffet style restaurant! Bring your appetite!

Great selection of food and the staff was very friendly. When my wife and I asked for a high chair for our baby, they brought it out and cleaned it for us right in front of us. This attention to detail and customer service is great.

Teppenyaki grill is pretty awesome. The food was really good, very flavorful and decent quality.
They did have a lot of fried foods though but their sushi was pretty awesome.
Really enjoyed some of the foods. Desserts were ok. Nothing i was too crazy about.
Some advice: try their sushi it's pretty legit.
Will definitely go back there again.

Absolutely the best buffet in El Paso. First, its huge. The selection is massive and diverse. They have everything from Japanese to Mexican and even American food. And the price is decent for such a huge buffet. The service has always been great even when we go with a big party.

Horrible start getting seated in an area with no waiter/waitress but when I asked for assistance an employee that over heard took charge and offered to help my table right away

The best buffet in all of Texas. From menudo to sushi. There is something for every taste. The price is soooo reasonable.

We had gone before and the service and food was great. This time we had a terrible experience and we are not planning on going back. We had decided to celebrate my mom's birthday there and I was running late. My knephew asked them if they could start setting a table for us and they told him yes, but he had to pay. He was not asking them to sit them, but to start setting the tabke this way it could be ready by the time I got there. I went ahead and payed for my party and found out one was not coming. I asked if I could have a refund, but couldn't find my receipt. One of the girls was going to give me the refund with the card because she saw it there and I had just payed, but the other girl didn't let her. It was just while I got back in line. When I got to the table my cousin found the receipt and I told her there was a long line, maybe later. I am handicap and it is hard for me to stand for a long time. The service was not great, they changed waiter without letting us know, only one waiter came to bring the cake when they usually have several waiters sing. We asked him if he would take a picture of us and he said yes and ran away, he came back 40 or 45 minutes later. When we finished there was no line and my cousin reminded me of the refund. My sister was picking us up in the front, but I didn't think it would be long. I asked the girl and she sent another girl to ask the waiter how many we were, REALLY? I had been there before, but without the receipt. I asked her if she didn't believe me and she said yes, but had to check. I was dissapointed and told her I had the worse experience and I was going to rate them and she said very rude, "go ahead". That made me more dissapointed and since the girl was taking for ever to come back, everyone riding with me was already in the car, and they were blocking the entrance, I told her I had to leave to please give me my things back. The cashier gave me my card back, but not my receipt, I asked her for the receipt and she gave it back to me yelling you don't have to be rude about it. Really? I had to leave, I was just asking for my things, her saying go ahead about the rating wasn't being rude on her part. Never again. Oh and to top it off, 3 of us got food poison, we are still sick. Very bad experience.

I loved the experience with my family. Super welcoming and friendly environment. Super clean, which is a plus. Overall a great time, I WILL be coming back soon and I'll be sure to recommend to friends and family. The food was a perfect temperature and pleased my taste buds. The staff was extremely friendly and was there if my family needed anything, they were there if we had a question and there if we needed a refill at the snap of my fingers. Thank you Teppanyaki Grill for starting the 2019 new years off right! If I could come here everyday, boy oh boy, trust me, I would! Once I took the first bite of my food, all I could think of was "YUM" haha, can I have your all's recipes. This was the first time I've been here and it really was an exquisite experience with my husband and grandchild. The wide variety of food you guys served is incredible, I couldn't even imagine the thought of getting full at your restraunt because all I could do was try everything you guys had to offer. At first glance, Teppanyaki Grill seems like your average Chinese buffet, cold food with a plastic taste, but this place is different from every other place, it's unique taste and look of everything is idiosyncratic. The moment you open the doors of the restraunt, your greeted with the friendly staff and unique decorations. Thank you for everything Teppanyaki Grill!

This place is huge food is great the line for the tasty crab legs isn't doe they need to put boxing gloves next to em cause next time somebody cut me we finna fight nah jk but otger than that everything is great for a date with a gf or wife or even for a group

Me my husband, sister, her boyfriend, and daughter came here for spending time together the experience was amazing.this is the one of the best restaurant buffet I been to since I moved to El Paso, TX service is good food is good the only problem I had was the table was dirty but other then that this place is awesome. I would recommend this place for family get together abs ect.

First time here liked it very much would of given 5 stars but when I was at the Mongolian bar area, I had asked 3 people if they can get more noodles because there was none they had ignored me until my fiance went to the back and get someone to refill the spot took about 25mins to refill the it.

Best sushi abd seafood buffet in town for the money. Their prices have gone up but still 20% or more below their competition.

Great atmosphere and decor. The variety of food available was insane, so much to choose from but not enough stomach to try everything. Many items were well seasoned and tasted good, some things I wouldn’t consider trying. But to each their own. The service was fair but the patrons were so aggressive, felt like people were going to start fighting over crab legs. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Terrible experience. Barely any of the food was good. The steaks and some other fried food was amazing but the rest of the food tasted way different to what I'm used to. Friendly staff though!

Prices are good for a buffet and there are a lot of options to choose from but the food is ok at best. The restrooms though are terrible! There was toilet paper all over the floors in every stall and the trash cans in every stall were completely full.

Excellent food and fantastic service! We went on a Saturday night and while it was extremely busy, the staff managed to keep hot fresh food on the buffet with very little waiting for anything to be restocked. Definitely one of the better Chinese buffets I've eaten at in a long time.

Quality has dwindled a little since they opened but that's usual with any place. Then again if they were to keep up the quality I wouldn't be mentioning that. Good selection of /sashimi. They still have overall good buffet items. Kids love it here

Food was ok, we had a large party (25+). The waitress lost some of the recipes. They kept accusing us of not paying. After an hour and some heated arguments with the manger the waitress finally found them.

I always try to find the positive in everything so here it is.good atmosphere. The cons, never been impressed by the quality of food for the price.at least not for the buffet. The grille is.okay.not memorable in a good way though.
