That is entirely too random. Net s mutual agreed time that works for both parties, instead of being told a time.

Such a though job. First time we have not had to call to get termite inspection done. We are always billed but usually must call to get the service we paid for done. This last representative was polite, communicated with me and did service I have never seen done in all the years of of paying for this service. Thank you, please send this rep every year

My termite inspector Nicole made sure to cover everything that would possibly need to be done and more than accomodated whatever we needed. She was extremely thorough and made sure the treatment happened quickly. She also took care of other items realted to my other pest control account. She is a great employee, you guys should be making sure you don't lose her.

Overall Terminix are the best! Very professional and caring. Attention to detail are their main focus point about everything they do around the home. I’ve been with them since 1996 and they’ve never failed me. There is not a competitor out there that can beat them out!

I use terminix for mosquitoes and since they've been treating the general area around my house and the front, I haven't been having any issues with mosquitoes until there is a heavy rain. At first I couldn't even enjoy sitting outside without getting bit or harassed my mosquitoes, Now I can enjoy the front and back porch

We had our first service and we were told to call back to schedule our next service appointment. We did that. Took the day off from work and they never showed up. They got my money and now I can’t get the second service scheduled. We have left messages and no return calls. Reached out to the service rep that did the first service. Told to call the branch location, I asked for the number and he never replied. Called every known number for terminex and all we get is a call center that places us on hold and then comes back with “we expedited your call”. No explanation as to why the appointment we scheduled wasn’t kept. We still haven’t gotten a copy of our contract we signed yet they have our money and won’t follow up with the needed services. I’m hoping they call tomorrow and get our services scheduled. The only thing I know to do next is call the Federal Trade Commission and report this as false advertisement and theft.

This company is a scam! They continue to bill me for something I don't owe and try to pull from my account without permission. Management has never gotten back with me after months of getting the run around. Terrible customer service!

We've been using Terminix for over a year since we bought our house. They came out and performed our termite bond. After that, we have used them for our pest control services. Living in the country and rocky soil, we tend to get pest and rodents from time to time. Anytime we have an issue between their scheduled visits, a simple call and they have someone out promptly. I finally met our tech, Michael, when he came out to spray and he was able to answer any questions I had from scorpions to wasp. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt service.
