Our technician Stephen Mitchell is the very best! Very professional and if we happen to not be home when he comes for appt we rest assured that he will take care of our home as he would his own. He is the Best!

Be careful when you sign up with them. They don’t get all the pest gone and they don’t even come every month. If you want to cancel because you’re not happy with service they make you buy out of a contract. Just use a hometown guy. Big box pest control is a scam.

We were very pleased with our initial treatment. Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable. We saw instant results! Our tech even removed several wasp nests around our home which was very helpful. So far, very satisfied with product and services.

Home health care technicians apparently transported bed bug into our house when my wife was laid up with Covid-19 and the aftereffects. They took care of the problem and even came back to evaluate and terminate more findings. Great company, they stand by their word.

Ian was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He had the house and yard treated very fast and explained everything before he did it. He was was very courteous and considerate. So far it seems like the fleas we were having a problem with are fewer in number. Of course it was explained to me that it would be several days to a couple of weeks before we could expect them to be gone completely. If they aren’t gone in a few weeks, they will come back and treat again for no additional charge. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Terminix so far.

Is it company policy that employees, can bring their kids with them to the customers homes? And even more so for the child to be left in the car while the Terminex emoloyee is in the home with customers? And the child is very young.
