I’ve personally been in the customer service industry going on 3 years, and this is the worst experience I’ve had with a company. The guy that came out the first day was Kendrick Upshaw. He seemed like a cool guy, he talked to me as we walked through the house and I told him about everything that needed to be done. So he started to begin his work, after about 30 minutes he had stated he was finished after going inside with only 2 cans of product and spraying the exterior of the house with a hose powered tool. After he left I went inside to see he had only done the kitchen which was only about 1/8 of the places discussed. I then called the office and told them about the issues I had, the lady I called on the first day made the situation very complicated and unclear. So the next day they had texted me about a service on the following Monday even though we said only weekends would work. We then rescheduled for the next possible date which was 2 weeks out, so we thought everything would work out. Then today when I get the call that they were heading my way it was the same guy that they sent before, so after calling the office again they had told me he was coming out for a flea spray which is not the service we had discussed at any point in time. I then asked to just cancel and moved on I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The salesman was very knowledgeable of the process that was going to take place at our home, the inspector was very knowledgeable about his job and helpful assuring us that everything was going to be okay he has a wonderful friendly personality

Cameron Carolina was my tech. We were renewing my termite yearly remaining of the stations. Nobody know termites like Terminix. Great product and service. I wouldn't trust anyone else for this job.

I had friendly, qualified gentlemen install foam insulation in my attic. They were careful and very clean in the process.

Not bad, however communication post service is bad, also random text messages for upscale is not needed, unless In a professional email not text message.

Highly disappointed with the service quality and dishonesty provided by Terminix. I had a rat in my rental that was removed by another company and felt the right thing to do was make sure we hired a quality company with good reputation to eliminate any issues with rats going forward. Terminix came out and said we had an "infestation" and quoted sealing the house and exclusion for $1800. The job of sealing the house was done with poor workmanship including black foam to seal external cracks that are an eye sore and wire meshing to mend a hole in the wall in the garage. Even the renter reached out to make sure we had agreed to the quality of the workmanship because it was done “like a child did it” according to them and some of the holes that were to be closed were not. When I contacted Terminix, they mentioned that sealing the house wasn't going to be "re-model" ready, but I did assume it would be somewhat professional. I went by the house a couple of weeks later and found a small amount of droppings in the attic, but saw no evidence of an "infestation" including no odors, etc. Regardless, I let Terminix come out several other times to check the traps to complete the exclusion. After several trips, the tech mentioned to the renter that he doubted there was ever more than just the one rat. When I contacted the original inspector for evidence of the infestation, he said his phone was cleared and per Terminix policy, even one rat is considered an infestation. I was very frustrated with this comment because when I was first called with the assessment, they made it seem like I had rats all over and the renters were in danger including the children. He even mentioned that the insulation needed to be pulled and everything decontaminated. Regardless, from the evidence I saw, and comments from the tech, I feel like I was lied to with the original assessment. I basically paid $1800 for some black foam, meshing to cover a hole in the wall, and a few traps that were a waste of time. I chose them because I felt they would give me an honest assessment of the situation and I feel like they are playing with words like infestation and prevention. Terminix should train their people that the definition of infestation is “the presence of an unusually large number of insects or animals in a place, typically so as to cause damage or disease”, not a few rat droppings and a some small gaps in a 40 year old house. I will never use them in the future.

Always excellent service with Terminix. Allen was on time, courteous & knowledgeable about our service requirements. Terminix saved us from a fairly bad outbreak of termites & carpenter ants in 2022. They took care of both issues & we’ve had no problems since. Ok they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, reliability, peace of mind & excellent service!

First Don came out and found nothing but knew I was paranoid because I had seen some bugs so he took my information and money and sent out Kendrick at my request to come spray. As explained, it will stir and cause scrambling and the first treatment did. So I saw a few amount of bugs. I’m pretty sure I’m getting from a family of neighbors on one side of me that are extremely unclean. Overall satisfaction with Terminix do recommend.

I've had no problems at all with insects other than the usual tree bug roaches getting into the garage at times which they have stopped (this is Texas so they are everywhere). I left the ladder down to my attic so some rats got up there but Terminix got them for me and I've had no other instances since then. They are awesome!

Hi.
People tell me about them and they have very bad customer service very bad communication system they charge for your disconnect accout because there 100's of customer service agents want to know why account disconnect but they dont put notes so if someone trying to get there service be careful.
Must have to find some other companies.
Have to inform you guys.

I have been with Terminix off/on for about 15 years because of the price increases. These past couple of years I’ve had the best service ever! My new service tech, Christian Cobo is always on time, he’s professional, and always send a SMS reminding me of appointments. The service is awesome. The CSR are great as well; I spoke to Jameisha today and she was very kind and helpful!

When I downsized my home to a small rural location we had 10 or more cockroaches running around everyday. It took 4 or 5 treatments from Terminix to wipe em out. We have not even seen a cockroach in about a year now. Our 3 month service plan keeps them and all pests out of our rural home. Do not think, just call Terminix and stop using a lower grade pest company.

The person who came for the initial inspection didn’t follow up with a quote for the service he recommended. I asked him to, and he said he would. He didn’t. It’s been 2 weeks.

The reply below doesn’t make sense. It’s not a positive review. Your inspector never sent the quote I asked for and he told me he’d send. You are leaving money on the table.

When you have people like Ken the field inspector, Thomas the technician and Nelson as well, you cant go wrong. These 3 gentlemen are what you call true professionals.
They shared their knowledge, were very polite and have a good friendly attitude.
And any recommendations they do are not for upsale, they are genuinely trying to do whats best for you and your home.

Super friendly folks! Likewise as knowledgeable so that’s a plus. They did what they were hired to do (& considering the last dude that was hired for the same job failed 5 times, seriously, before I switched to Terminix) punctually with the added bonus of friendly & professional.
Don’t be a Mercedes & try to cut corners. Just hire these guys & pay a smidgen more. They’re more than worth it.

I highly recommend against terminix.

Here is the story:
We moved here in November 2021.
While getting our whole house repiped and HVAC actually connected. I wanted to slowly introduce to Texas' dynamic bug collection.

We called 5 or 6 places and the above-mentioned company came out. While getting the bug spray done. They also drilled through our main line into the house for water. And said nothing. 3 hours later I went out to show my wife some areas that I needed to fix and lost a shoe in a soggy mess that was our severed water main line.

I called them and they sent a plumber. And it got fixed. But that was it. We wanted to cancel and try someone new.     But nope locked into a 1 year contract. So now it's October we have canceled and next month it's over.   Two bright spots is the guy who picked the bait stuff and Thomas the guy who came out for spraying.

Oh! Did I mention they called a week after canceling and 2 days after getting their stuff. To come change out the bait.after 11 months this would have been the first time checking the bait.
