Timothy Langston has served us for a long time and always is informative and does a great job!

Our guy always goes above and beyond.
He even sprayed our trash can for flies and tackled ant mounds.

We canceled our service after being billed for a service visit that never happened. After telling the manager that the technician never showed up we were told the bill was canceled. Two months later we are still being billed for a service that we did not receive. We are over seventy and suspect that the technician may try the same fraud on other older customers. Beware of this company.

My technician, Timothy Langston, has always been very professional, informative, punctual, accommodating, and friendly. He always explains everything to us so we understand, He always puts shoe covers on when entering our home, and is very friendly We will always use terminix and request Timothy

We have an ongoing contract with them for termite control. They show up when they are supposed to and keep me informed. It is worry free for me. I do recommend them to homeowners.

I won't be posting stars because the employee hasn't called the landlord yet and me again to set up another time to come back out.

While inspecting for termites with an auger, 2 holes were punched in my sprinkler system. It was 3 months after I paid $290 for repairs before I got a response. The matter was resolved quickly once the local termite supervisor got involved. An email to customer help was never replied to. My suggestion: call corporate directly.

So much better than their competitors. Very honest company as well as employees. Great company.

Signed a contract for rehab of a home due to rat infestation. Work was performed as requested, but signed contract at a 7% rate and terminix pushed that contract through to their financing at an 18% rate. Have been unresponsive about correcting the discrepency. Be warned, they are dishonest with their financing. Not an ethical company.

I have had their services for over a year now. I will start off by saying their product doesn't work or my technician isn't putting enough down when he is actually doing his JOB. What I mean by him doing his JOB is, I have had problems from day 1 with having ALL my services done when they are supposed to be and or when requested. I have had them to come out to repeat what they supposable already did because I am still having issues to this day. Yet they expect that bill to be paid.

1. They never showed up
2. Was told they rescheduled my appt without notifying me
3-was promised contact from a branch manager
4-NO CONTACT MADE
5-Never showed up for 2nd appt
6- After the 6th call, I was told once again they rescheduled for three weeks later, again, without notifying me

I asked to reschedule an appointment and they show up anyways and charge me. Needed to reschedule do to a Dr.apt and needed the money! Then you try to get a hold of them and they never answer the stupid phone! The man who does the service said he never got the Notification to reschedule. ‍️

Termite Contract for over 30 years and that is excellent and I would give the termite business 5 stars.
The Pest Control side is not that good as far as service and communication. I would give them 3 stars.

Pest Control agents are very friendly and always ask if I have any issues with pests. They always call when I have an appointment before coming out.

Always courteous and keeps me updated through the process. Calls or texts to let me know of areas to keep an eye on. Highly recommend.

Employment review. Said they wanted to hire me but was going out of town.said they would start me when he got back in town in a few days. 3 months later still havent started. Have put MULTIPLE applications in and I am very well qualified.

By far the worst business model in the industry. The Tyler location has rude service providers and their techs do not actually do their jobs. We suspected that our tech was not actually providing services on their arrival because multiple residents kept reporting that they were home and no one ever came to their apartment on the schedule days, even through we provided them keys. So, after multiple attempts to address this the customer service reps, we finally sent one of our team members to watch the tech, and sure enough, the gentleman never left his truck once he was out of the office view. We finally spoke to our rep, who did nothing to remedy the issue or compensate for the lack of service we had been paying routinely for. Switched providers and are happy with this this decision. I advise you not to use this company, but most especially not this branch.

Have received excellent service from Terminex for over 30 years. They have always provided professional, courteous service to me on both pest control and termite prevention.

If you are local, save yourself the headache and go with a local company like Angler's Pest Control who actually provide decent pest control services.

I was conned into a 1-year contract (which apparently only takes them six months to provide four treatments) by a Terminix door-to-door salesperson. He made it seem like there was no contract. Turns out it costs $100 to cancel so.great. I decided to see what happened.

The first guy came out with a spray bottle to spray the inside of the property. I expected a huge container/jug like other pest control companies use.no, this was 24 oz.spray bottle. Sprayed a few squirts here and there throughout the house. Next, he sprinkled a dash of some white flour-looking dust in a few spots in the kitchen area.

The technician spent a few minutes spraying one window on the outside of the house and walked around and removed spiderwebs. I never saw if he actually sprayed the yard. The salesperson claimed they sprayed 30 ft.around the house, which I never saw anyone do.

The first technician's demeanor seemed apathetic. Not really interested in hearing about what pests we had seen, etc. Not really interested in doing much work either, but then I saw the next technician. Wow. A new low.

The last guy who came to "treat the property, " Jesse Rodriguez I think his name was, has come out the last three times. I never saw him exit the truck. Maybe he stealthily snuck out of the truck and tip-toed through the yard, but I don't believe that's the case. He would text something to the effect of "unless you tell me to come inside I will be working on treating the outside area. " Code for "I will sit in my truck and play on my phone for 20 minutes. " Each of his appts.were exactly 20 minutes. Not exactly enough time to spray 30 ft.around a 2000 sq.ft.house.tl; dr If you are okay with receiving the most minimal amount of effort from your pest control provider and spending more than that of more capable local outfits like Angler's Pest Control, then by all means waste your $400 (non-refundable) on Terminix. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.
