Showed up, charged me. Left. Then weeks of an infestation of ants like I’ve never seen before causing my dog to be bitten hundreds of times. No money back, instead they decide they can die up whenever they want without a phone call or sorry we screwed up, nothing. Poor customer service even worse service. Do not use!

Terminix has great service and responsiveness. I asked them to come at a determined time and the guy helped me out so I could get to work and didn't have to throw away my morning. He was very nice and explained what he was going to do and what to expect afterwards. However, I expected a more extensive and thorough pest-control service since they charge $250USD for something that takes 10 minutes and its just spraying something and setting traps. I don't believe the price that is charged is fair for what the service entails and how thorough it is.

I enjoy sitting outside after a stressful day and just relax. It is nice to relax with an adult beverage and be bug and pest free. Job well done!

We had a surge of fire ants coming in a crack near by one of bedroom windows. They attacked my wife in the night and stung her 30-40 times. We got her in the shower and I treated the bed sheets, window, wall and outside mound. Your technician helped us confirm actions we took and then treated some areas I might have missed.

Shelton was very professional and made my experience painless! Shelton also provided good education on how pests like to operate and what to look out for to prevent future infestations.

This has to be the worse pest control. We needed service because of pest inside. The scheduling was horrible with poor communication. They would call on a random day and say they can service our house but how are we suppose to make that happen when every time we were not at the house. Most companies ask what day works for you so we know to be at the house. They would just show up and then leave since we were not available. We never received the service we paid for but they continued to charge us. I want a refund but they didn’t even offer that to us. I’m pregnant with a baby coming in a couple of weeks and I wanted to make sure the pests were under control but I never received the inside service we needed. We even told them that in the beginning. Their excuse was they are understaffed. Well why take more clients if you do not have the staff to give them what they paid for? Best decision was to cancel, so even though they are not a contract, please find someone better to service your home.

Outstanding service and results. The technician is professional and competent. The results are what I expect and are often exceeded.

Bought my first house, it was a nightmare, then I signed with terminex hoping to keep my dogs and house pest free. Not the case. Charged me $600. Put out termite bates and "treated" the yard. I specifically requested flea treatment. My dog had an allergic reaction and when I laid on the ground to look at some plumbing I had fleas jump8ng all over me. Can't cancel, can't get my money back, and I am being told it is pointless to keep treating because there is feral cats in the neighborhood. Now I am stuck paying for something I am not satisfied with and is not doing what it is supposed to.

Total exclusion package. Carlos took his time going around the house and upstairs. We sat and talked and came up with a plan. He didn’t try to push extras too much lol; a really good guy. Carlos scheduled the appointment quickly and response time was excellent. They came real quick. Kevin, excellent. Kevin was fantastic all around, and he gave us his number should we need…We are very pleased with the work they did with the exclusion. Now it is wait and see if we get all the “kritters. ”

I want to thank Mr John on the pest control side and Mrs Crystal on the termite control side for doing a great job.
