Terracita Apartments, South Houston TX

Came into the office and immediately got the help I needed. The customer service is over the top! The manager Hilda is great and really makes you feel at home. With the new management and all the changes/upgrades they are doing, Terracita is the place to be!

Words cannot express the way i truly feel about this apartment complex. Tiffany, the manager here is without a doubt one of the sweetest and kindest people you will ever want to encounter. The entire process, from the application, to dealing with the move in process here went so smoothly it was like something out of a dream. I absolutely love it here and i would highly recommend anyone reading this review, if you're looking for a place to stay, to come to Terracita. This is the perfect place to stay.

My family and I we moved in this past weekend to Terricita apartments on 5-29-2021. My family and I we love it. I can take my dog Tuco outside now and he enjoys walking with me. Thank you both Jessica and Amanda for helping my family and I help moving us here to Terricita apartments from previous apartments my family and I live 18 years there. Jessica and Amanda made sure my family and I are okay. Terricita apartments awesome place to live. I love raising my family here. The new management is awesome! I definitely recommend this place when looking for a home. Just ask for Jessica she is the best!

I looked at the floor plan for one of the 2bed 2 bath and if you look into the first bedroom closet there's a big Roach in the closet. You would think they would get rid of it before taking pictures

Came upon these apartments spoke with a young lady Ms. Veronica she explained everything in detailed showed me her model unit she had the 1 bedrooms there are very spacious inloved that they are renovated and the best part is its all bills paid. I was shocked when she told me. I couldn't beat that so my move in day comes i signed my lease online which I loved. She explained the do's and don't of the property. She answered all my questions and was very polite (which is hard to find ppl these days) im so glade she was there to help me find my new home n made my move in easy. The property is very clean n calm. I totally recommend these apartments. Look for Veronica she will definitely help u find ur new home. Thank you ms.veronica

These apartaments are perfect for US. We're a family of 4 and the space our apartment offers is so convenient. The place is quiet, which is a nice plus. Verónica, the woman that helped us, was so nice and helped us with every question and concern we had. Without a doubt, I recommend you to rent at Terracita Apartments and please, make yourself a favor and talk to Verónica about everything you need.

Great management company in charge, things get fixed, problems get solved and rent is a good price for the space i have, also no bug infestations in my unit. I also like that they clean the grounds and make sure the dumpsters are clean at least 2 times a week. Love it here so far. Thank you Veronica

I just moved in and i love how spacious the apartament is and the Lady Verónica is so nice always there yo help me.

Been living here for almost a year and haven't had any issues. I have my reserved parking spot and I love that. Veronica in the office is always very sweet and helpful with anything you need.

I recommend these apartments. They are very spacious and affordable. Gate community. Veronica in the office is always going above and beyond to ensure any issues that you bring up are taken care of.
