Terrell Urgent Care

Don't come to this place if you have Gout, No Doctors here, just nurse practitioners, Go somewhere else, I'm a Truck Driver I'm basically on the road 24/7, I came here a couple of times and every time they don't give me the medicine I need to fight my Gout. WARNING they don't know what they are doing.

I visit the urgent care on Monday and the service and staff are very professional. Elizabeth, Crystal and Jasmine were awesome. Thank you staff. My cold and cough has gone away. I feel much better.

Came for a sinus infection. Was in and out within one hour. Prescription was promptly sent to the pharmacy. NP was nice and very knowledgeable

They waited over a year and a half to send me a bill, which is illegal per the Texas Timely Billing law. If you call their billing department you can only reach a voicemail. After multiple attempts at reaching their billing department, someone finally called back, and they informed me that it took so long to bill me because of a billing error. When I informed them that they had no right to bill me at that point, she just hung up on me and I received another bill in the mail weeks later. Since the billing department was not resolving anything, I called the office and was told I would receive a call back from the office manager, but I never did.

So far so good. I have a GP in Terrell but tried this place out and they’re very sweet and get straight to it.

The staff was super friendly, place was very clean, and medical staff was very efficient and effective in providing the treatment and procedures I needed.

ZERO STARS - DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They will tell you that you have paid in full then 2 months later you get another bill. This has happened to me 2 times. They said I had high blood pressure based on my readings alone and gave me blood pressure meds. Turns out, I wasn't taking the blood pressure correctly and the meds could have done some real damage. There is NEVER a Doctor on site only a PA. This is a dangerous place and they will screw you over every chance they get. They won't give you a receipt when you pay. It's a scam business. BEWARE!

They are not willing to call a phone number to give %100 disabled veterans urgent medical care under Veterans choice. Demanding cash pay for a visit covered by insurance because they cannot take the time to call.

I went to the Terrel urgent care earlier and even though there was quite a wait, but hey, what are you expect? It is flu season and pretty much everywhere you go will have a wait. When I did get to the back all the ladies, especially the doctor was very caring and professional the ladies in the front as well. They made sure that they understood how I was feeling and made sure that they gave me what I needed. Definitely recommend going here.

I asked if a doctor was there and receptionist told me yes. The medical assistant didn't greet me at all and just pointed directions with her finger, like she was bored with the whole thing. Then the PA came in, not a doctor and I just left. The whole place was dark and dingy, old looking.

If you need medical care.you might as well go elsewhere. After waiting for 2 hours (please note there were only 1 other person waiting with me) I was told they can't do an ear irrigation because they weren't comfortable but they were comfortable taking my money with no service rendered. 0 out of 10 definitely do not recommend. The only reason for the 1 start is because I can't give 0. It's a WelMed and Baylor in close proximity to this location I advise go to one of those locations, they'll probably be more helpful
