Went looking at other insurance companies as my current policy was set to expire. I reached out to see if State Farm had better rates. I was able to talk with Kevelyn White who was very knowledgeable as she explained and compared rates. What impressed me even more is that she did all this while she was actually closing up the office for the holiday weekend. I asked her to stop and we could finish up when they opened the next day. She promised to call first thing when the office reopened. True to her word she called and we finalized the quote. She even reached out and cancelled my previous insurance policy and my mortgage to make sure everything was finalized. Kevelyn communicated every step of the way and happy with the switch and entire process.

Okay, well to begin with, I called State farm Insurance and They gave me a very decent price for my full coverage. I spoke to a young lady named Kevelyn. She was a very professional young lady. She answered all my Questions I Thanked her dearly.

Quentin has been an absolutely amazing agent to work with. He helped me get my renters insurance and even made an amendment to my policy within 2 hours of my request. 11/10 Service and Extremely Satisfied with my coverage as well. Couldn’t be more impressed!
