I called ahead to know the store hours. They said they close at 8PM. Me with my mom, dad, wife, brother went there at 7: 10PM to see a notice printed on a paper saying the store is CLOSED at 7PM for some reason. There are Tesla employees inside with some customers and they opened the door to let them out. I just approached to them to let them know I called ahead, one of the employees just bluntly ignored me and went ahead and shut the door swiftly on my face. I was there just to let them know I called ahead and I drove like 1 hr to be there with my whole family. Very unpleasant experience, unprofessional and cheap. The employee is a male old aged person. Very unpleasant encounter.

Why get a Tesla for over $50,000 when I can get and dirty lithium battery electric car for half of that!

Kyle was super informative and communicative when I bought my vehicle. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had

Great people great store but because it was the end of the quarter and they want to sell everything they’ve got they had no cars to look at or sit in.

So I rented a model Y on Turo. At 60 miles an hour at the air conditioning shut off by lowering the temperature to 68 the air conditioning came back on while driving on a 100° day.

The rear tailgate would hit my garage door and extend it all the way up so I adjusted it to only go up partially. I hit my head on the tailgate latch six times in one day while taking things in and out of the trunk. The tailgate latch should be another color other than black and a black interior. It make makes it almost impossible to see in bright sunlight.

On a trip from Austin to Fredericksburg I found that it had the wrong speed limit in the navigation mode about six times. This restricted me to 55 miles an hour of driving in a 70 went on cruise control. My plug-in hybrid escape by Ford Reeves the roadsides and correct navigation speed limits. My Ford makes no errors on the same stretch of road.

In comparison to the Ford escape plug-in the recumbent braking on Tesla was extreme and requires feathering of the gas pedal which I don’t have to do in the escape plug in or a Chevy volt which I used to own.

At the supercharger station I used I couldn’t get the cord out of the supercharger until I realize that you have to push up on it like it was hanging on a hook and then withdraw. It is not very easily understood for the first time user.

When I rented a model three in Canada three years ago the supercharger froze into the car and stopped charging. I waited until the sun hit the charging cable then I was able to remove it and then successfully charged the car.

I was surprised to find out that I could not operate my garage door from the Tesla. I would have to carry the garage door remote with me at all times. I was also surprised to see that maps and Apple Maps which I use extensively would not work with the Tesla. I

On the positive side it was the quietest car I’ve ever driven in with the best Soundsystem I’ve ever had in a car.the long range why did not have a very harsh ride like the performance why with the skinny profile tires. I like that it has a very good safety rating

The experience from test drive to delivery was a pleasant and smooth. My gallery advisor Jerica was extremely helpful and prompt in guiding me through the purchase process as well as the random times I'd pop in to ask questions. I was fortunate enough to run into her at the pick up location as well, where she initially checked me in for delivery.

Edit: I'd also like to note that the employees here aren't salespeople. That's what the website is for. I see people complaining here about delivery dates and whatnot but these issues are clearly out of their control and being difficult with them won't solve much, if anything at all.

Completely useless!
If you want to see what a deer in headlights looks like without driving into the woods, go to this location and ask them any question regarding online sales.
It’s becoming apparent that Tesla strives on making every employee completely useless, it really is all about the digital transactions with these clowns.

I went in to the store and complained about how my New Tesla sucked. The guy acted like I called his mom a bad name. The guy was rude and didn’t let me finish. I guess the people there are nice as long as you don’t say anything bad about Tesla. Criticism not welcomed.

Visited this Tesla store recently to get some information on different models and get a feel of the Tesla. Went in very excited and spoke the salesman - J- I believe. He was initially nice but then did not offer a test drive which I felt was strange when a lot of their other salesmen were offering a test drive to other customers. But I did mange to test drive after asking him. He literally made faces because we had to go all the way back to the parking lot. He said that he was going to send some information on an email but never did. When I followed up again later in the evening asking for information, he again said he would send it but never did. Not sure if it was a one of incident because a lot of high rush or if he was being a little racist. Nevertheless after seeing the other reviews I have been highly disappointed with their sales and services.

I had an excellent experience at Tesla Domaine. Daisy was great to work with, was very responsive, and went above and beyond with great customer service! No hassle, low pressure, only positive vibes
. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I have ordered a car in August 2021, te estimated delivery was in November 2021, but get nothing till now it almost mid December, they keep postpone the delivery month after month and they are saying I may receive the car in March 2021, however some customers get their order within the same month. They even don't bother replying the email I have sent. They ask if I have cash money eventhough I mentioned that I would finance the car on my order. They are like second hand car showroom. Its like a scam company. Promise for nothing. It's worst experience in my whole life with car dealer. Very disappointing.

We ordered model X in February, 2021. It was supposed to arrive in May, 2021, then June, 2021, then October, 2021. They don't answer the phone or return voicemails, so, if you have questions regarding your car order status, just go there. Obviously, we are pretty eager to get that car so when October came, we called (no answer) then just drove over there.
Here's how it went.
We: the car was supposed to be ready in October, the online status check doesn't say October or indicate any date anymore.
Sales rep: who told you that the car will be ready in October? Did I tell you that?
We: no, your colleague said May, 2021, but then it just got postponed-the one on the phone over there (another rep waves).
Sales rep: well, you got an email during summer that gave you an option to back out of the purchase without losing your deposit.
We: but we want the car, we just want to know when can we get it, but your online status check doesn't list the date anymore.
Then someone else stepped in and said that they did not know themselves, but it may be March, 2022. Anyway. This is the last interaction, the ones before weren't sweet either. Honestly, it seems that they have built the car themselves and keep inventing something else very important but the hoi polloi just keeps pestering them with silly order issues:/

The agents are eager to sell you a car and will be 100% available prior to the sale. The moment you sign, it's over. No response, no calls, nothing. What's worse, Tesla sent the registration papers so late that we had to pay a $150+ fine to the Travis County Tax Assessor's office. Their processes are are unnecessarily complex and inconvenient. They are not at all transparent about how poor their post-sales service will be.

If you call, you will end up pushing buttons in a phone tree to ultimately be told to send an email. And when you email, you will get no response. When you go into the service center on Research Blvd for help, agents there are rude and condescending. Be forewarned that though you can buy overpriced accessories, you cannot buy any parts from Tesla.

My family and I have worked in the car industry for many years. As a GM, if these Tesla sales and service agents worked in my dealership, I would be compelled to fire all of them for misleading customers and being rude to clients. Tesla is dishonest at best and a scam at worst. Save it to say that I cannot wait to get rid of this car, and that I will never buy another Tesla.
