Robin and Alejandra have been absolutely helpful since I've moved in and can say a very positive experience the past 2 months. My maintenance requests have been answered timely and corrected. Very quiet community, at least in my building. 9/10.

My experience with Tessa has been amazing so far! The apartment is just so beautiful i’m in love with the way my leasing agent Alejandra Salazar made sure i had everything i needed on my moving day and made sure i was so happy.she is the best if your looking for a beautiful luxury place in houston TESSA is the place to go and ask for alejandra … the entire staff and friendly and nice trust me you will not regret it

From the moment I set foot on the property, I was impressed by the service and atmosphere provided by this community. I’m all about the atmosphere and vibes! The staff, Especially Robin, went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in process was stress free. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout the application process truly stood out. Everyone was not only knowledgeable about the property but also took the time to address all my inquiries and concerns with patience and a genuine willingness to help. The process required some extra information and steps, but I appreciate their diligence vetting renters. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well-maintained. It's clear that the management team strives to create a living experience that goes beyond the physical space, making it a truly welcoming community. I look forward to attending the events and getting to know my neighbors here.

Drove by Tessa after talking with Nancy, she made me want to come by and check it out. She was very nice and attentive, aside from the Property being beautiful, it has a good location, access to shopping and eating spots:) I'll be coming back when my lease is up.

Great property! Great Staff! Im so happy that I made Tessa at Katy my new home. I was very sceptical about moving here at first because of some of the scary reviews but a big thanks to Alejandra for going above and beyond and helping me and assuring me that RPMLiving has turned the property around.

I don’t recommend, honestly i moved here 1 month ago at the beginning when i scheduled a tour they said we will close within 15 min so he couldnt and then w moved after we signed our lease, got the key and once I opened the apartment they didnt painted it or even did a regular maintenance mold in bathroom, bad smell in the kitchen cabinets and so many stains on walls but we had no choice and also the gate always open for anyone whichs not safe and in the end the one of management team she has very bad attitude really she has zero customer service base (Update really im speechless the new management trying hard to keep our community safe and clean)

I toured the property and loved it. Nancy Galvez was very friendly and informative. She took the time to answer all my questions.
