Very unprofessional and honestly not the brightest conversation wise. Had to repeat myself many times and woman got SO rude! They did not give me what I paid for and demanded more $ to do the job right. This is just tree trimming! Really not that hard. Stay away! Pay some kids in your neighborhood. These folks, not worth a penny!

We called and spoke to the owner, Carey Whitten, to request a site visit for a quote to trim and remove broken branches and fallen trees due to the ice storm on 2/2/23 which she agreed to reach out to schedule early the following week. We never heard from her so we called and she has never returned our call. It has been over two weeks and still no return call. Very bad service in a time of need!

We recently hired Tex Star to prune several of the trees on our property. We were very pleased with the work they did. Carey was pleasant and professional to deal with and is very knowledgeable about her work. The crew arrived on time and completed the job on time. We were impressed with how skilled they were in completing the job and how careful they were to seal the oak trees as they pruned them. Great job! We highly recommend Tex Star!

Used website to retrieve phone number. Spoke briefly with staff member in regards to an item in stock. While said employee was not outright rude, they did make me feel as though I was being an inconvenience. I apologize for the inquiry pertaining to an item that falls well within your job description and pay scale. I cannot necessarily rate the business or website, 2 stars is generous for the staff however.

I contacted them for tree trimming. Never heard back. I left voicemail days ago, still no response.

I had a 40 foot elm removed. Carrie was very responsive with my call and made a appointment for a bid. She bid the job at a great price, I had 4 bids total. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend them for your needs!
