Charles was the best. He walked me through everything I needed to know and was very informative with all of his answers. This was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. Had my one year scheduled service and was taken in on time and completed quickly. Construction was a bit of a bother, but they'll soon have a brand new place to call home.

EDIT to my first review because it went downhill from there. They're only nice and understanding to you during the process but once you're done with the deal, you're nothing. I thought my experience was actually GREAT until all of this happened and it opened my eyes to all the regrets that I have now.
1.) Let me elaborate. When I first got there, my salesperson did not show or orient me about the car and its features at all. He did not even get in the car with me when I was test driving it, to which I thought oh maybe it's due to covid but none of them were wearing a mask there anyways so they probably just don't even care about that. I have had my eyes on the Sonata for a while so I know the basics of what the car has to offer but it would have been nice to show good customer service and show me the car, actually try to sell me the car, talk through it with me, and don't just stand there talking to your co-workers.
2.) There were errors and typos, which I was going to let it slide because I caught them and they WERE apologetic and I understand we all make mistakes but it was a huge part as to why I felt the way I felt when I left the review. (1) They gave my valet key to the wrong person, so they had to re-order one. (2) The initial paperwork with the salesperson that showed the total amount I would've still owed was wrong. If I had put my initials there without checking, I would've paid $3k+ more. (3) Finance manger first gave me the wrong receipt indicating I had purchased a Santa Fe, which I didn't, I bought a Sonata SEL (4) My zip code was wrong in the paperwork, which took a while to fix. But like I said I know people make errors but as honest person, this obviously did not make my experience PERFECT.
3.) Good customer service, professionalism, honesty, ethics are NON-existent. My salesperson told me if I gave a review, I would get a free complimentary tint. So I left an HONEST review. My experience was great though it wasn't perfect, I gave them a 7/10 and 4/5 but boy oh boy, he did not like that. Salesperson called me saying "WHY DID YOU GIVE ME A BAD REVIEW? ", "I'M GOING TO LOSE MY JOB, " Texted me saying "I FALED A SCORE AND I NEED TO GET A BETTER SCORE. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. I'M NEW AND I WANT TO KEEP MY JOB. " I'm sorry the dealership industry treats y'alls job security like this but damn it is NOT my fault and you should never guilt trip a customer about that. An average person who does not know how this all works, would've just put their honest review as well. Like I'm a first time car buyer, I wouldn't have known. Is this some type of common sense that I missed? The survey also specifically said how was your OVERALL experience with THE DEALERSHIP, not the SALESPERSON. If y'all wanted it to be that way then, be clear. So I went all the way down to Rosenberg again to get my tint because he said don't worry I'd still get my tint, only to have the same back and forth with him and NOT receive a tint just because they didn't get the review they want. I'm sure that wasn't even FREE at all like they advertised.
4.) So because of that whole altercation, they never followed up with me again about anything to the point that someone else in service reached out to me was like "I see that you needed a new valet key, I've seen your paperwork here for A WHILE now, I don't think anyone has called you yet, right? "
5) The first week with my car, it was already having acceleration issues. Whenever I'm idle and then I accelerate, the car jerks as if there was some type of misfire in the engine. And this happens very randomly, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. This is unsafe. And no it does not have a idle stop&go feature, I've confirmed with service, they looked up my Vin number. I'm scheduled to get it checked up but this is another thing that just keeps adding up to how I feel about doing business with this dealership.

Working with you guys is honestly the biggest regret I've had this year. I should have went somewhere else.

I would give Zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY. I leased a new palisade from there this weekend. And after going home and reading the paperwork with my husband I realized how bad I got had! I cried myself to sleep that night and called first thing the next morning when they opened trying to get out of it the person who picked up the phone said he would look into it, never called me back. So I called Multiple times throughout the day before finally getting a hold of them again, he said nothing he could do but I could try calling the financing department, so I called over and over and left messages with no response.

They were charging about 8000 over MSRP because of this chip shortage. I was under the impression from a few calls I made to other dealerships that they all were but it turns out that is not true. I was so upset I took my paperwork to a different dealership the next day and they pretty much told me yes there is a "market value" increase but they are essentially discounting it off. I am so upset. Between my trade and what I put down I am out about $7000. I'm sick and can't sleep about it! They are a terrible dealership and terrible people.

Outstanding service department. Quick service, competent techs, reasonable prices, and they wash your car when service is complete. Comfortable waiting area. Online booking available. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure how to start this
I bought my truck from them almost a year ago I have had problems with mu vehicle since day one on my lift kit and with my sunroof
Natalie in the sales department is the only person always able to help me
Service department is an absolute 0 all the way around they had my truck for 21 months drove my truck as well and put over 1000 miles and now they say I cant get a loner car while they have my truck

I would highly recommend that if you're thinking about buying A vehicle from here Turn around and run for your life. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and scammers. I would not recommend no one to buy a vehicle from this dealership. The finance Manger Mike Ogaz is not to be trusted.

While the service department was nice. They forgot to put my windshield wiper back on, I asked for my tires to be rotated and they were not, also they ripped the weather tech emblem off of my floor mat. The services I got are I what signed up for when I bought my vehicle. I am paying $40,000 for my vehicle and expect it to be treated with respect. When you spend that kind of money you expect the best service.
