Extremely positive experience. I needed a presciption that HEB couldnt get on time. They did the extra mile spending hour on a phone to get the medicine i needed. Thanks to them, i was able to feel better the same day, and not wait days. They earn a customer.

I had an issue at first but they reached out and were wonderful at helping us resolve our problem. Very kind and professional.

I don't usually write reviews, but becauseI Nick went way beyond the call of duty, I wanted to make an exception. My mother, a long time customer of Texan Pharmacy, got sick and needed medication as soon as possible. I left a message on the pharmacy voicemail to see if there was a way to get the prescription filled on Sunday. Nick called me shortly after I left a message. He was out of town, but would be coming into town about 1000 pm, New Years Eve night. He said he would go straight to the pharmacy and feel the prescriptions. In addition, he said he would deliver the meds to my house, which he did. He also has called this morning to check on Mom. It is so refreshing and down right moving that a person would care so much to do this for us on a Sunday and especially on such a special day as New Years Eve.

Over the years Nick has come to my family's rescue. He is like an old fashion pharmacist.if you have questions about meds, both prescriptions and over the counter meds, he is there to help you and answer your questions. One example comes to mind. Mom had Thrush in her mouth, and he suggested an over the counter remedy, which worked like a charm.

Nick and Texan Pharmacy brings me much comfort, knowing he is there to help especially with my disabled Mom.

I’m writing this review b/c I have just been spoken too in such a rude manner and almost belittled by Nick/pharmacist. I’ve been taking a medication that unfortunately has become very popular. But I’m not taking it for “that reason” and many of us have been taking it for medical reasons. I do medically need it, for my health problems. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 1.5 yrs. But I have been filling the “medication” at this pharmacy since February. Since then I have not had issues getting it refilled except the last 2 months, I called this month to make sure there were no issues and I could have my medication filled. So I called to check and guess what? ! … there were issues. The part that bothers me the most is…. Be honest don’t blame the insurance or the distributor or go around with stories that as you speak you get caught in your own lies. Then asked me so are you taking other prescriptions? Hhhmmm yes! But the worse thing is how he spoke to me and the way he assumed! I was taking it for the “popular reason” that is not the case for me. It is my last straw and I immediately called another pharmacy and transferred my prescription. You would think someone with higher education would know not everyone is taking it for the popular reason. Some of us actually do need it!

In previous wks there has been other issue as well for example telling me they were going to call my Dr to get the refills I needed but tht never happened. Me having to make multiple calls to follow up. Again getting the run around also telling someone…well you could go somewhere else! This is the reason why sometimes it’s hard to support small business.

Texan Pharmacy deserves a solid 5 stars! Nick was super helpful with my prescriptions and provided exceptional customer service. His professionalism and efficiency ensured a hassle-free experience. I have not had a pleasant experience picking up my prescription at any pharmacy with long wait time or customer service, until my healthcare provider suggested Texan Pharmacy. Nick's helpful demeanor and the kind staff at Texan Pharmacy made the process seamless. I’m so glad to have switched to them for all my prescription needs. After my initial experience with Texan Pharmacy, I will continue to be a loyal customer to this business. Highly recommend their services!

Excellent service and best prices. I’ve switched all my scripts over to here. Nyck is extremely helpful. They really go above and beyond!

Fraudulent. They billed my insurance company $1500 about 10 days ago for a prescription I never authorized a refill on or received.

Worst pharmacy. Was referred to this pharmacy by my dermatologist who obviously gets a kickback from them because when I arrived, the stated price was double from what my dermatologist estimated me and I said as much. So they refused to fill the prescription as written, gave me the generic that I stated I did NOT WANT, and chose to dispense approximately half of my designated prescription. Not surprisingly, ran out of medication in four days rather than having the amount needed to fulfill my portion of treatment by taking the medication for two weeks straight. Would rather pay double at HEB. You’ll see when you see who’s running the pharmacy why they do such shady business.

This pharmacy is very friendly prompt, professional, and fast. They treat you like family. If there are any issues with anything they are quickly resolved. I will definitely will be using this pharmacy for my family and recommending it to everyone! Nick is extremely humble and professional.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. My doctor chose them to deliver medication. My doctor sent my current address, but they didn't update it, so my prescription got delivered to my old address. When I called to complain they said they would handle it, only ti get a scolding text the next day for not being at the old address or being able to have the new owner deluver the meds to the courier. A week later I get a text from the delivery company saying they made the delivery, and the picture they sent as proof is of the front door of my old address! Then when I call to get my money back they want all the card info including the security code on the back saying there's no way for them to look up the card without all that info. STAY AWAY!
UPDATE- Another doctor used them and they mailed tempature sensitive prescriptions to me. I was expecting a delivery to my door as previously done before the above review. So my meds were ruined because they sat in 110 degree mailbox for at least 4 hours when the medication is not supposed be stored above 90 degrees. Who is running this place? Again STAY AWAY

My husband and I have been using Texan Pharmacy for quite a few years for one good reason, because they actually care about their customers. Not only does the pharmacist remember you, he greets you every time you go in… it’s small town hospitality in a big city. He goes above and beyond to help you with your medications, and has even been known to stay after hours to wait for you to pick up a prescription that is desperately needed! The level of service they offer is one you just don’t get at the big stores. My family and I highly recommend Texan Pharmacy! Go and see for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

This place is the worst pharmacy i have ever gone through. There will always be a problem with getting your medicine. DO NOT USE THEM! Use anything but them.

Nick and the staff are amazing. Nick always takes the time to say hello and chat, and makes me feel like a welcome guest. The prices are affordable; the parking is easy; and they have what I need every time. Nick has cultivated a customer-first quality amongst the staff—very rare to see that from any of the other pharmacies like CVS to some extent—and Walgreens, in particular.

Nick and the crew here are phenomenal! First time I've ever had a script filled that wasn't at a Walmart etc. As promised the script was timely and affordable. I rarely get medications but it's worth the drive from Rockdale for the customer service and punctuality!

I was absolutely impressed by the level of care and attention provided by Nick and the staff. Nick found the best option and price for my prescription. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Excellent service!

I have been using Texan Pharmacy for a number of years.

Their staff are friendly and welcoming.

Nick is a great Pharmacist, he even personally delivered prescriptions to customers during the Snow Event we had, just to make sure his customers got their medications.

Do yourself a favor and switch to CVS or Walgreen. Fails to deliver one of the two refill prescriptions, so had to come in person myself to pick them up because I was running out of pills. Treats me like an invisible person and made me wait 15 minutes in the store. Had eye contact but intentionally ignoring me because I was asking for a refund on excessively refilled prescription. Not a word on making me wait or will get back to you shortly. Definitely not valuing other people's time at all.

I can see they are understaffed, so I am switching to other big pharmacy brands.
