KUDO's to Cheyenne for excellent customer service and attention to detail. She is always upbeat, pleasant, and professional. She remembers the exact amount of currency I need every two weeks and even remembers my favorite flavor of sucker I like when completing my transaction. We need more Cheyenne's in this world.

Update 9/16/2023: Texans Credit Union continues to provide me with excellent service, best in class banking, and their team members are so helpful, polite and friendly. I remember, how dazzled I was at the five-star service I received when I requested my most recent auto loan from Felicia Robinzine. Let me also add they have made significant improvements to the ATMs, TCU website, TCU app, electronic bill pay, credit cards and debit cards in 2023. I highly recommend TCU. Thank you very much!
I always get great customer service at Texans Credit Union and their auto/truck loan rates simply cannot be beat! Texans CU ATM network is vast and all the ATMs are free. What a nice convenience! I highly recommend Texans Credit Union!
We were very happy with the service from Texans. Christi at the Carrollton branch took us seamlessly through the process of becoming a member and obtaining a loan. She explained all our options and helped us tailor the best product to our needs. She made it all so simple - and was incredibly friendly and fun through it all. Christi is now my person for future loans and any other Texans business. I’ll happily drive across town to work with her. I’m a happy customer!
Extremely disappointed to discover there is no ATM at this location despite the 24-hr ATM verbiage posted on the door. I've used it before so where did the ATM go? Very inconvenient. Please replace ASAP.
