I’m so glad I was assisted by Lamario! He is AMAZING! As a new customer with Texans Credit Union, I felt discouraged with the amount of issues I was experiencing while attempting to conduct simple actions as it pertained to my auto loan. Each customer service representative prior to Lamario, unfortunately did not possess the overall superb skill set that Lamario has. I want to thank Texans Credit Union for hiring this person, as it was his patience, knowledge, communication, and overall pleasant demeanor that has changed my my opinion from a negative to a positive one. The only negative comment I have is the long wait, 14 minutes, before a live person answer the phone.
