Do not use this bank if you are looking to withdraw the exact bills you want. Twice I have attempted to withdraw money from my checking account in specific bills. The first time I asked for $10 bills, the teller claimed they were out, and asked if I could get the bigger bills cashed somewhere else. Again, that’s why I’m at the bank, to get the exact change I need. Today, I tried once again to get the exact bills I needed, and this teller told me that the machine doesn’t have slots for $10 bills or $50 bills, and that even if I went to the branch in person, that I could not get those bills. What is the point of having a personal checking account with Texar if I can’t even get something as simple as a $10 bill?

Was good until we rented a car using my wife's card. We returned the car. Our deposit was sent back. It's just sitting there and has not went back into our account.

Jack in the loan department was horrible. He hung up on us repeatedly and called us as if being employed as a loan shark. No matter the reason for speaking to him he was horrifically rude. Don’t get a loan through this branch unless you want to be treated like you already defaulted from day one.

When I visited Texar, Courtney was absolutely terrific, and she had a smile on her face the entire time.

I was having issues getting the ATM to accept a cash deposit. I was met at the front desk with a smile by an extremely friendly employee Courtney, who resolved my issues in just seconds. Customer service in the loan department is lacking. I've tried communicating with a couple of Loan officers and get ignored.
