Service was good, but the price to refill was not the lowest price in the area.

Very professional and courteous. I was I was in and out fast, and cheaper than exchanging my cylinders.

Being new to the aspect of using propane I had gotten filled on the Dec 23 and was
alreadyy out by new years on
new years so I called to see if maybe there was another undlderlying issue which I'm sure now is since I had very rude service the main manager was very understanding and respectful then informed me that the local office would be contacting me to make other arrangements I was contacted close to closing time 5 hours later still without heat.instead of the lady even attempting to be nice and explain my question she started yelling at me telling me that my equipment obviously has a leak / well I have recently been checked and NO LEAKS - to unit or my hoses SO MY ORIGIONAL theory that possibly I was cheated and not completely filled has to be the reason. There are several other companies in the area, so I'm sure I can find one willing to explain with clarity safety and proper amounts and have a better attitude about it.
After all, this product is dangerous so there shouldn't be any problems with
instructions on use.or proper amounts, Customer service here is horrible and not the way to start a new potential long term relationship with a client

Web site states they are open on Saturday until noon. Drove out there and there is a sign on gate stating they are closed on Saturdays during June, July and August. Need to change their web page to reflect the change in hours. Long drive for nothing.
