Alex and team were very professional. They stick built a 16x24 modern gable on 8x8x16 double stacked piers in about 4 1/2 hrs. They were on time. After researching sheds for a couple of days, Texas Affordable Sheds had by far the best price of companies with a good rating, but we are east of Austin and they are in Houston. I called and they were able to accommodate us with a minimal travel fee ($150). We ordered an 8x16 shed with a ramp. They about a two week lead time. Once the appointment was set, the crew was on time, professional and efficient. They had it built in about 3 hours. We are very happy with our shed and they will be our first call if we need another one.

So far so good! Jose was extremely communicative and very patient with me. I had a lot of questions, and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. When he told me the price based on the estimated size of shed I wanted, I was floored because I couldn’t find anybody that would do it for the price he offered.

We ended up scheduling early for a Saturday and his crew was there for less than five hours from start to finish. And I mean from knocking on the door to cleaning up and heading out.

Now time will tell how the shed holds up, of course, and I have to do a few things to do myself to secure it a little bit more from the environmental properties in which it’s in. However, it gives me a little bit extra to do around the house… Which I can’t say is a terribly bad thing.
