I have always had little wait time. I’ve always been treated professionally & politely! I’ve seen Dr Vasquez & now see Taryn and both are very courteous, professional & knowledgeable! I’ve never had any kind of issue with my visits there.

I love coming here, I've been coming for probably 6 years now if not a little more. Dr. Graves is my doctor, but I also see his PA Meagan, which is absolutely amazing! The whole office staff is very friendly, and I just love the nurses too, I'm a hard stick when it comes to blood work, and they always work with me and make me feel really comfortable when I have to do labs, and I appreciate that more than they could ever possibly know.

Mine is quite a complicated case, so I appreciate the fact that these doctors, nurses and staff are able to keep me moving (literally)

The whole staff is GREAT! I especially love the PA, Teryn. She is so kind and understanding.

I live a good distance from the clinic but will not switch my providers because.for all the years I have gone there has only been friendliness and compassion. Any injections were accompanied by great explanation and encouragement so no worries. Always look forward to my visits.
They have done virtual visits maybe 3 times, the last two with Taryn and it works great! Saves me approximately 1 1/2 hrs driving one way.
In conclusion these guys are super!

Dr. Hope is amazing! She cares about you and is sincere about caring for me. I live 2 hours away from Tyler but it is well worth the trip!

I was searching for a rheumatologist and came across Dr Graves. Not only did he answer my questions but he also helped me get free medication! The nurses were very helpful! I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a good rheumatologist!
