Michelle and Ruben got me approved after trying so many different car lots. The process was pretty quick too. I was really in disbelief but it’s true, it really is guaranteed approval.

This was a really quick and easy process. Michelle helped me find something with my busy work schedule.

The first star is for selling me 2, overpriced, auction-purchased vehicles that are the fostering reason I (now) know how to work on my own cars, purchase cars based on good deals with little to no issues, AND comprehend contracts.

The second star is for their dedicated attempt to hustle $109 from me for CPI whilst I currently have Allstate and have never, “fail[ed] to obtain or maintain this insurance, or name us [Texas Auto Save LLC] as loss payee. ” … And for letting me use their employee bathroom a handful of times.

In short, the two stars I’ve given them are for A) learning experiences and B) because 0 stars isn’t an option. Thank you all for every inconvenience you’ve ever bestowed upon me.

Miss Michelle is a sweetheart and she works with with you and that tries to get you the best deal she can. If it's a way she will find it.
