I would give zero stars. This business has no appreciation for customer time. Made appointments and when arrived was told gar was sold before even being delivered for appointment. Tried to upset to different car and then Nick tried to work several deals while keeping us waiting. This is absurd poor customer service with zero trust before even making a purchase.

Sold them a 2020 camaro.reasonable offer and quick transaction. Only knock was that I had to follow-up after 5 weeks to get an equity check.

My amazing experience began the day before I went to Texas Auto South, I spoke with who I consider the Super Woman of car sales Karla. I could rant endlessly on just how good she really is when it comes to professionalism, tremendous business acumen, experience and and keen sense of product knowledge. During my buying experience, Karla had a deal proposal prepared in advance that far surpassed my expectations beyond measure…on top of that, we had a heart to heart discussion about the purchase and other extenuating circumstances related to my decision to trade. I felt connected and assured with Karla in that, what I was looking for in another vehicle came to fruition by her commitment to me, my purchase goals and emotions surrounding my transaction as she stepped out of being a sales person and tuned to me and what I was saying, nurturing if you will. During the entire process, she was also providing guided training to a new salesperson, managing my deal, handling other customers and did so without skipping a beat. Lunch was available that day so of course she brought me a dish while I waited. Karla is truly a phenomenal sales professional, more importantly, she cares and utilizes every resource to not only secure a deal, she did so with care and concern for my needs and made sure that I was happy with my new vehicle. Thank you Karla so much for caring, I am thankful and blessed that the privilege of making your acquaintance was afforded to me. For that I say God is good, may be cover you and bless you abundantly.

So far incredibly disappointed.
I was sold a Tesla Model 3 Mid range
And got a standard model.

I was told by a guy who doesn’t work as a sales guy but works there and knew a bit more about the vehicle than anyone else that
it’d have autopilot and it does not.

They did not wipe the car properly to change owners so I have not been able to supercharge it.
And it takes over 20 hours to charge with a standard 120V. I’ve missed work meetings and just has made my life difficult these past 3 days.

They also sold me a product that said it would come included with the monthly payment and it’s actually being charged.

False advertisement in all its glory.

This is just unfortunate

I’ll update this if they make it right.

Ridiculously helpful and affordable. Answered all my questions and worked with my schedule and budget to get the best repairs.car runs great now:)

I’ve had a couple bad buy experience’s in my life but this dealership did an amazing job… most respectful employees I’ve ever done business with 10 out of 10 go to this dealership… ask for Jon Smith he will make sure you are taken care than of and happy with your purchase…. He goes the extra mile

Overall this was a very pleasant experience! Rashard Martin was our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with our purchase. Financing was a breeze as well! I would shop here again in the future.

Robert in the service department is as helpful as can be. Throughout my entire experience I was met with quality customer service and professionalism. My service took about 2 days to finish, as opposed to the 1-2 weeks that an independent shop had estimated for me. These folks are easy to work with and really ease the often hectic process of getting your car serviced. Thanks a bunch for helping me out on my BMW.

This was the absolute worst vehicle purchase in my 55 years on this planet.

Karla Martinez was our salesperson. Each time we called for a manager there was a "new" one just starting at this location.

There were many promised made; NONE of them were fulfilled. We were told the car smelled like smoke because they "just got it in. " They had it in long enough to take photos and post it on their website. It should have been cleaned. It never was.

They did a good job of taking our money but their "Service After The Sale" was non-existent.

My last purchase from "Texas Direct Auto" was near perfection. I hoped this experience would be the same since my Wife couldn't find the car she wanted at "Texas Direct Auto. " We agreed to pick the car up (mistake) and trust they would fix the problems the following week.

If you choose to buy from this dealership INSTEAD of "Texas Direct Auto" you SHOULD not sign any paperwork until they have made any corrections or repairs.

Didn’t lowball my trade. I had to fight with other car manufacturer dealers to get an offer for the value of my vehicle. I told Texas Auto what number I felt it was worth, and they met me right around there - the max that other dealers were going to. Except I didn’t have to fight Texas Auto tooth and nail for it.

There’s add ons like a $1300 GPS theft protection system, but it saves you like 10% on insurance so I guess it’s okay to have. And they also charge you $600 for 3 key fabs in case you ever lose them. You can’t get that taken off your trade either.

So add $2k onto the sales price and another ~$500 for standard fees and voila, there’s your sales price. The staff was all great & I enjoyed working with them.

Very poor service! They released the unit 5 days after the paperworks was completed. They also released the plate & registration after 8 weeks.

Karla Martinez is a true asset to W/Texas Auto South. She totally went out of her way to send me additional videos of the car, and answered all of my questions. She left the car parked in the front of the lot so I could see it on my way to Galveston on a Sunday. She even answered my messages late Saturday, and early Sunday morning. People like Karla make the experience of buying a car so much easier and enjoyable.

Considering I was purchasing online, I have to commend everyone involved in the process for staying in contact and being fair through the whole process. I traded a vehicle to purchase another and it was quick and smooth and I am 100% satisfied with the process.

I recently sold my vehicle to Texas Auto South. Jules (JD) made the process so easy. Contacted me after I did the online quote to see how interested I was. When we agreed on a number, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Jules was super professional he made my day stress free. Never was I pressured to sell or buy from them, made my experience a 10/10. This man knows what he is doing.

Karla was great to work with. She went over and beyond and tried to get the best deal she could for me. At the end, I ended up buying a different car from a different dealer, but I will definitely look them up next time I go to buy a vehicle.
