I have been going here for years. I have a place closer but I like it here instead. People are helpful and friendly and with everything going on with the pandemic I have to say they are cautious. I highly recommend this place.

Its a fast place to get your vehicle registration. Went in and out. The lady that worked there was a little rude but other than that everything else was good. I was out of there in minutes. Fast service.

Those people are top on work I really appreciate them everyone really friendly and phenomenal service always alway

Very informative lady I didn't have correct paperwork but she was kind and very knowledgeable in regards to the title information.

Service was fast. Lady who assisted me was very dry and rude, there’s clearly no warm feeling when you enter. Their was no “hi” or “hello” not even a head nod, she simply asked for my paper work and told me I needed to pay and points to a wall to get my money out by a tiny atm machine. Basically do it your self, if you need help don’t bother asking unless you want a rude “ughh…”.

This place is horrible. Young little girl that works there is rude needs to be trained more efficiently in customer service. Same goes for who ever
Answers phone calls. They leave you on hold for 10 minutes hang up on you and at the end of the call just hang up. Very rude and disrespectful.

I've taken my title transfers and license renewals to Texas Auto Title Svc for more than 10 years. Sometimes they are busy, but they always provide great service. Much better than the lines at the County Tax Office.

Fast service on a Wednesday for 2 registrations but the card machine only takes debit. Or cash.

Employees super nice.

I have gone to this location several time and every time the girls are so rude. They don't even accept credit cards.

I purchased registration sticker. Employee was a bit rude. Tried to make her day nicer but to no avail. Ended out leaving with a sticker that states August expiration instead of September. She ripped me off a month that I should have received September instead of August. Shouldn't expect a high fee like that if they're only going to honor less months time.

This place needs some customer service skill. The lady Sylvia Ann Aguilera is so rude and very unprofessional. We came in for the first time today and had a very bad experience with her. She did our title transfer and registration wrong we noticed it and asked her if she can please change it. She refused to change it and told us to come back within 3 days to change it. I do not recommend this place and will never come back to this place either!

Great fast service, went for a title transfer, it took less than 10 minutes, even had stickers and license plates ready!

We came in today to do a title change and registration for our RV and Sylvia was so rude and very unprofessional. She did our paperwork wrong address we told her she needed to correct it and she refused to corrected. This lady needs more customer service skills. I don’t recommend anybody coming here.she never apologize for her mistakes

Great customer service. I go here every time I get a new vehicle and they are always acccomodating.

Not a bad spot was real quick in and out but waited in line for maybe 15 minutes but once inside 5 minutes maybe max. Cash only if not got to use an ATM they have inside and the fee is $2.95 per transaction i believe. Still had a good experience with them, I would come back, first time too.

The employers should be more polite full of courtesy. Not make it a day full of regret cuz ur at work.lift up spirits helps alot.get with people.
