Wonderful people here that is all I can say. I have been a patient here for a few years, not one complaint. I recently had surgery done by Dr. Ju. Absolutely positive results. His PA Matt is very caring. Trenise is so pleasant, warm, and caring, great sense of humor. Tina and all the other ladies at the front, I can’t remember everyone’s name, but they are all awesome! Dr. Lankford, Jason, Ricca, Delia have all been by my side through all of this, bent over backwards to help. I don’t know how there could be anything but 5 stars for these folks, you have to trust the process if you want success. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Lankford for years, when he said they are the best, I truly believe him now! And fyi, we travel from out of state to see these guys, that should speak volumes.

Made an appointment to see Dr Belanger. Had x-ray done in office. Upon exam, I explained all issues and pain mainly coming from my neck to the middle of my back. My my right arm is numb down to my fingers and I have extreme pressure it feels like in my arm shoulder and bicep. I also get electric shock and fire feeling down the arm. Pain is off the charts! I also explained I’m not able to lay down as the pain is too great and haven’t slept in days. I was prescribed nerve pain medication like a Lyrica and Tylenol #4. Went for my MRI but after 3 tries of trying to lay down I was physically unable due to the pain from the nerves. Pain like I never felt before and has my arm numb and in so much pain. I call back the doctors office but they are closed. I opt for the emergency contact line as I’m in horrible pain and i was in need of a prescription change and a standing Mri or if not available what’s my next step. I believe Vickie was the operator over the weekend, Says she will get my message to the doctor and nothing can be done over the phone.
I called the doctors office Monday hes was not there and said they will deliver my message and I’ll get a call back Monday. Monday came and went no call back! Tuesday I call trying to set up the MRI and get a hold of the doctor to adjust prescriptions. Again more rude and condescending remarks with no care or attention to the patient. I’m told we got your message and I will receive a call back after 4: 30om Never got a call back. Today I called to see what the status of the MRI was and about the prescription change. I’m told the MRI was sent in with sedation and that I need to call them to confirm that everything was set up and I’m told that no prescription can be changed until the MRI is done. I explained again the extreme pain I’m in and she repeated herself with no care or understanding. So I called the MRI place Hunt Regional Imaging. They have record of the new MRI being requested but they don’t do MRI with sedation. This is something the doctors office should’ve already known instead of wasting my time and have me drive around in pain.overall experience receptionist do not care about you, PA the same. You’re just a number your calls will not be returned. Your pain level does not matter and you I have to do all the work. I would never dream of going back or sending anyone to this place.

Dr. Belanger is amazing. He explains everything in simple language that was easy to follow. I would definitely recommend him.

Re: Dr. Belanger. What can I say about a surgeon who saved my life after a traumatic broken neck injury? He went far and beyond what is required of him during surgery. I am 6 to 8 weeks post surgery and feel awesome. He's The Best. His office staff are really great. I have no complaints. Accolades to Them!

This is simple. There's no question in my mind considering Dr. Kevin Ju. He exemplifies confidence, professionalism and astute care, covering all the bases from the beginning to completion. He is part of a competent team.

I'm 61 and have never had to do anything like this before in my life. I'm thrilled with the results. You can see the accuracy in the x rays. I can't speak well enough about the whole experience. I would be glad to refer him and them.

The staff are simply good people. Of everyone I met you can be sure that I only have good to express. I went to the Rockwall office. Nothing but complements. If I were ever given another choice I would certainly stake my claim with the results and care that were delivered here.

It was my neck. I lasted a long time until I had to seek treatment. Now, I feel like I'm in as good of shape as I could have hoped for. Every bit of what I could have hoped for. Thanks Dr. Kevin!

Let me start off by saying I think some of the negative reviews had to be from a different doctor. Our experience was wonderful. The doctor took so much time with my teenager and showed empathy. We saw Dr. M. Chapman. Now my child has multiple chronic issues and he referred us out to a specific doc for the condition. He was referred by the ER for Kaufman county.

Our previous doctor was a pediatric spine doctor that let my child's condition deteriorate and did nothing to help. I feel like this office was excellent in getting us scheduled and spending time. The phone experience and front desk was kind and professional. But YES I'm not a fan of the computer paperwork. It seems excessive and unnecessary.

Dr Balinger was referred to me by my orthopedic surgeon who had performed 4th hip replacement April 2021! Continued to have pain in leg after replacement; Dr Balinger was able to see me quickly and with test diagnosed my problem and scheduled surgery. I have no pain now! Thank you Dr. Balinger and your staff; it was a pleasure working with you!

My husband David saw Dr Belanger for a tumor that was found by our hometown PA. After further test Dr Belanger performed surgery to remove the tumor that was pushing on his nerves in his leg causing sever pain. He was wonderful! Very easy to talk to and he took his time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. David hasn’t had any pain from his surgery at all. If you are having any kind of back trouble we highly recommend Dr Belanger and the Texas Back Institute.

I can’t thank Dr. Ju and Chapman and Texas Back Institute enough for where I am today. I had surgery in November and immediately I felt the difference. I’m just now leaving my second follow-up appointment and was told everything looks good and even reviewed the X-rays to prove it.

When I say I was unable to take even two steps without pain I am not lying a bit. Two weeks prior to my surgery date my spine must have been sitting right on the nerves that ran down to my legs. All I could do was crawl and I didn’t want to even do that. I’ve been dealing with this spine issues since 7th grade and just never trusted any Dr.or procedure. Competed in college and just always pushed through the pain to make the next competition. So once again Thank you Dr. Ju, your team, Ms. Maria- MA for communicating with me during that very hard 2 weeks and the scheduler Ms. C Martinez for being very caring, sensitive and informative about what I needed to complete prior to the surgery and she got me to the staff at Rockwall for immediate help. Thank you thank you thank you…. Now I am limited as to what I can do at the moment but that’s nothing compared to what I have been limiting myself to for years prior.

After a month of pain and unable to walk after injury to my husband's back, we got appointment here and the dr knew that he needed surgery and two weeks later he is walking and able the do do light work.

My PCP referred me to Pain management. I searched for months but my insurance list was not updated so I searched online and TBI Rockwall came up as a result. I called and was told yes, TBI does offer Pain Management. Never having pain management I didn't know what it entailed. My first visit was with Dr Kevin Ju. I liked Dr Ju, but after he ordered an X-ray that showed the extent of my scoliosis he convinced me that Dr. Ted Belanger had special interest and experience in Scoliosis- which was only one of the issues I had. I never at any time asked or ever agreed to any surgery but Dr Ju assured me there were other forms of pain management and he referred me to Dr Belanger. After seeing Dr Belanger it did not go well. I had an issue in my spine that was not expected but showed on an MRI. I ended up getting a biopsy that caused me to not be able to walk or drive for 9 days. Since Dr Belanger felt my scoliosis was not treatable by surgery he did not have any other interest in helping me. He was egotistical and assuming I was wanting surgery when I did not, nor would I have allowed him to do any surgery on me. He never discussed it with me, he assumed and I know this only by the chart notes. He is dismissive if he can't figure something out and patient blames. After explaining the pain was causing me to become depressed he literally blamed it all on depression. It is not depression that caused my scoliosis and discitis. It was disgusting to listen to him. He is not what I consider a decent Dr and in good conscious would never recommend him. I was never offered Pain Management- the very reason for going. This was a terrible experience and such a waste of time. After my Rheumatologist saw the MRI report and blood work I am now being referred to a Hematologist in Oncology and having to put treatment for my back pain on hold. The MA Jason is very good.

I saw Dr Ju initially and I did have a good experience with Dr JU, unfortunately he referred me to Dr Belanger due to my Scoliosis he thought Dr Belanger could help. After seeing Dr Belanger it did not go well. Since Dr Belanger felt my scoliosis was not treatable by surgery he did not have any other interest in helping me. He was assuming I was wanting surgery which I did not, nor would I have allowed him to do any surgery on me. He never discussed it with me, he assumed and I know this by the chart notes. He is dismissive and I feel if he can't figure something out he does not want to help or try to figure it out and he patient blames. He is not what I consider a decent Dr and in good conscience would not recommend him. I was never offered Pain Management- the very reason for going. It was a terrible experience and a lot of wasted time with no help whatsoever. I did like Dr Ju and the MA Jason. Jason is a very good MA.

Very nice Dr, but if they send you for an MRI or CT scan, scheduling will take weeks if not months and after the procedure, don't expect them to call you with any kind of results. If you don't call them, you will never here anything.

My experience with TBI goes back to 2010. Every individual from the doctors all the way to the front desk ladies are exceptional. I will never use any other practice except TBI for my back needs.

The staff and Drs are exceptional. Dr Kevin Ju is exceptional before and after surgery. Definitely going to use him again for my next upcoming surgery.

I had been referred to TBI by my physician for severe back pain and lower back problems confirmed by an MRI. While the staff was wonderful I found all of the paperwork overwhelming but I guess that is the norm today.
My rating is due to the fact I had an appointment with an MD and actually saw his PA. While she was nice I learned nothing new that I already didn't know and felt short changed. I have suffered with severe back issues for years and was looking for more guidance in more than PT or injections.

Great people and a very professional and personal level of care. Dr. Kevin Ju and Dr. Craig Lankford were exemplary and the support staff is always caring and ready to help. Special thanks to Stephanie M, who has been my interface for my surgical procedure. She is truly an amazing professional with a magnificent level of personal caring for her patients.
