3Was issued a temporary debit card which had all my funds. I not only wasn't able to withdraw money, but on several occasions I wasn't able to purchase my meal. I wasn't able to even purchase a simple coke from the vending machine. The Dr. I work for had to complete my transaction. It was so humiliating. So then I finally got my permanent card. Thought all my problems were over. NOPE! Went to the back and tried to withdraw some funds and NOTHING! Here's the part I love the best. There is a team equipped to answer all your calls 24/7. As long as you do not, I repeat DO NOT have access to your funds. That is the Lost/Stolen card service. However there is NO 24/7 hotline when you are able to receive your fund, have a temporary card, have been issued a permanent card, and have the correct pin to your card. I highly recommend anyone who doesn't have time to deal with such stress to RUN.
Been with this CU for over 25 yrs. Never had no problems getting loans, financing vehicles. The staff is very professional and know where to send you for all your banking needs.
