I went in to try to acquire a simple and easy title loan it had been a bumpy start before I was actually able to get my ducks in a row meaning it took me a few months or two to be able to get everything that I needed to be able to apply for a title loan if I had to rate my experience for the overall process of the loan application would be my first time doing a loan company, especially in person and going to the office. I will give it five stars hands down all the way I’m very nervous going into the office to apply for it is my first time ever having to go through the motions of applying for a loan much less a title loan this was the best opportunity and I wouldn’t trade it for any other Mrs Carmen was professional yet inviting and spunky she was Very
clear and made sure that I understood every little detail that’s there was to understand and that this is what my main thing is and needs to be worried about she was opening and made me feel as if I was not the only one and she was not slow to irritate nor rush my experience today was so pleasant that I was able to relax and be sound in my decision it took a a little while longer since this was my first time but todays maximum amount of time and energy used made up for the stressful hectic chaotic side of everything I had to deal with to get to this point I 110% recommend this title loan office and 120% recommend Carmen as the one to assist you!
