Texas Cardiology Associates, Richardson TX

Went there for an heart echo. The office was clean and well organized. The staff was professional but friendly at the same time. My overall experience was very positive.

The staff communicates well, I've had no issues with them. The nurses are all super nice and professional. Dr. Neil was very thorough with explaining what he thought needed to be done to find out what is causing my medical issues. I also really appreciate that everything he went over with me was printed out. I was able to refer to it when I couldn't remember something. Wait time isn't bad either. I haven't been kept waiting for a long time like most doctor visits.

Do not come here because the dr. Neil does not care about the wellbeing of his patients.

Staff office is very disrespectful and they always speak with an attitude. Worst cardiologist in the state of Texas. My son Got a CT scan done and they refuse to tell us results. They make you wait 3 months before where you need to visit the office again just so you can know your result. The doctor neil phung refuses to speak to you over the phone and the staff always talks with an extremely rude attitude. Mrs. K is the worst of them worst and shows zero respect to the patients. I urge everyone to stay away from this cardiologist because their method and practices are extremely shady and the make you schedule an appointment just to know your test results. I don't know whats so hard about have those reports available in an online portal or have them known to the patients by simply calling them. The only reason they make you come to their clinic is so they can charge your insurance for every little things. We asked if they got the CT report from the hospital but they keep asking us an appointment just so the doctor would tell us if he got the results back or not. Doctor neil phungs office is full of incompetent people because nothing they say makes sense. Why would I need to make an appointment just to ask the doctor if he got my sons CT scan results or not.

Front staff are rude and Dr. Neil doesn’t not seems to be interested in his patients concerns. He always talks over you and ignores you so he can get you out as quickly as possible.

Dr. Phung is an excellent doctor. He is very detail oriented and extremely thorough.
