Can't seem to follow thier own rules. Pulled in got paper work was asked to remain in the truck and I would receive a call when loaded. Never got a call.

Went by here again bout a week ago. Was loaded and out of there in about 15 minutes. So went very well. Plus they had the drivers lounge decorated in Halloween stuff. Very cool.

Although, I didn't choose this shipping company, they were delivering some furniture that I had purchased online from Article. Initially my experience with their team was pleasant - friendly staff that seemed accommodating. They even had Saturday delivery options. Unfortunately, that is where the good experience stopped. My furniture was supposed to be delivered between 8-12 on Saturday. My husband and I waited and rescheduled our entire day so that we could be home during this window. Apparently their drivers are not allowed to ring the door without verbal confirmation before otherwise Article won't pay them for the delivery. Ok fine, enough, just a Saturday morning wasted. We reschedule the delivery for Monday afternoon. At around 3: 15 they called to say their truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to deliver the product. So we have to reschedule for the 3rd time to Tuesday morning 8-12. My husband intentionally stayed home from work so that someone could be there to receive the goods. He even called in the morning to confirm the ETA (which they told him would be between 10-11AM). At 11: 40 when he still hadn't heard from them, he proceeded to call. They said that our scheduled time was in the afternoon and not the morning, AND that their driver had lost his license? I want to know how does a shipping company employ people who don't have licenses? Needless to say I am extremely unimpressed with this company and hope I never have to work with them again. I will also be formally complaining to Article about their services.
