Superior above average service. Doctor Vickers and his team have high standards. This is my favorite doctor and staff because they make my appointments relaxing and fun.
They take care of insurance filing and reasonable industry standard pricing for procedures. I am so thankful to have a doctor who cares and listens to my concerns. You are in for a treat when you go to these professionals. I would give them 10 star rating if I could.

Dr Vickers and his team are amazing. My mother is extremely anxious about dental procedures. Dr Vickers and Michelle made her feel comfortable and her procedures were painless and she did not have any complications or pain afterwards.

We are very grateful for Doctor Loh's compassion and professionalism. Two weeks ago, my 16 year old son suffered from a unexpected complication from a supposed to be simple wisdom tooth removal procedure. The previous surgeon's team forgot to give the patient Post-op medication and care instruction, resulting in him excessive pain, swollen, and unclosable jaw. Doctor Loh came to our rescue early Saturday morning to Clear up the mess and did a thorough procedure to help the wounds heal. We highly recommend this doctor. Thank you, Doctor Loh

All very professional staff, organized, efficient, knowledgeable, great communication skills. It was an outstanding visit. I recommend them highly. Also, the office was beautiful, very clean, well equipped.

This is my second time coming to Dr. Vickers, and each time is better than the last. From start to finish, my experiences have always been notably exceptional.

Scheduling is a breeze and the front office staff is incredible. My appointments always start on time. They are thorough and consultative, walking you through all options and explaining the merits and potential risks in a very digestible way. I always leave feeling informed and like I've made a well considered decision, and I know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Preoperative and postoperative procedures are where they really excel - everything is planned out and timed perfectly, from communication to care instructions to calling in prescriptions before your procedure. It's seamless and allows you to focus on recovery rather than the pharmacy logistics and recalling what you were and weren't supposed to do post-op.

Best of all, Dr. Vickers always personally calls you the evening after your procedures to check on how you're doing, answer any questions, and offers his cell for any follow-ups. I've never felt more at ease in a clinical setting in my life, and I'm so grateful for all that Dr. Vickers and his staff have done to help me over the years!

Great experience, my daughter had all wisdom teeth out. Staff was very friendly and informative. Dr Vickers called to check to her the night of her surgery. Definitely would recommend them.

So excited that I decided to get my oral surgery done here. The nurses are phenomenal! Nurse Mary and Nurse Wendy made me feel at ease. Dr. Chan removed two of my wisdom teeth, I honestly have very little pain. He called later to check on me to see how I was feeling. My overall experience here from start to finish was amazing. I highly recommend this location for any an all Oral procedures.

I had a horrible toothache and knew I would need to get my tooth extracted. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to see me the same day! Dr. Chan did my consultation and was very clear and concise when explaining what they needed to do surgery wise. He made me feel super comfortable and informed! Dr. Vickers did my surgery. He was very kind and also made me feel comfortable! He also gave me a call the evening after surgery to check in. All of the staff here was absolutely amazing and so so kind. I’m so glad I went with them for my surgery!
