I actually didn’t want to give this place any stars because I paid out pocket to get help or some relief for my grandson. The doctor talked to me like I was a two and never raised a child. I basically paid $150 for her to tell me to put a towel in the freezer and buy a nasal suction. Like I’ve never taken care of a child before. Really! Now my grandson is in the ER thanks for nothing. You claimed not to hear anything in his chest. But now he’s on a breathing machine.

This place could not be more useless. Rude people and limited appointments. Don’t waste your time.

My family and I really like their service. They are very polite, understanding and helpful. The best Texas children's establishment you'll ever come across. I personally would recommend
DR. Zachary Montgomery. She addresses Every concern thoroughly and she is great with the children.
She is the best!

I like the doctors we have seen in the past, but cannot deal with the rudeness of the people who answer the phone. As a new mom, getting attitude from the person who is trying to book your appointment is completely uncalled for. Therefore, we have decided to no longer go here. I was willing to drive over an hour to use this location but ended up finding another doctor office closer, with friendlier staff.

Since my daughter was born, Dr. Zachary has been her pediatrician. Dr. Zachary is great. She is very thorough and caring, and pays close attention to our little one, and takes time to go over any questions or concerns we may have. The only complaint I have is the policy they have at Texas Children's pediatrics that they make you check-in and wait in your car. It is very inconvenient to take an infant back and forth between car and lobby. Sometimes it takes 30 to 40 minutes before they call you back to the clinic. Their lobby is big and with social distancing and wearing mask, it is absolutely possible to stay in the lobby and follow the CDC guidelines. No need to make the visits so complicated and difficult.

Since becoming a new mom I have been the most paranoid woman, I question everything but only because I want to make sure my baby boy is healthy, since having my bundle of joy I’ve been taking him to see Dr. Zachary, she is very thorough, she doesn’t miss a beat! She pays close attention to every detail and very understanding, I always feel bad asking questions through the app but every time I have she’s explained everything out perfectly and has always been the nicest! My little guy is coming up on two months old but every time we go in he’s super alert and has yet to fuss for her! 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Nguyen is absolutely the best! We have 4 children and it doesn't matter which one of our kids is being seen, she always asks how all of our kids are doing. Dr. Nguyen really takes her time and addresses any concerns we have about our children's health. In my experience wait time is average. There has only been a few times we had to wait longer than the average wait time.

We had Dr. Chin, I wasn’t pleased with her because she acted like she was puzzled when my son was sick, than they go and drop my son from their accounts. So now we have to get his records and find another pediatrician.

If a pediatrician doesn't allow for sick visits, go elsewhere. This particular location of Texas Children's has been terrible in many ways and we will be moving our three children elsewhere. They've never allowed a same day sick visit, our doctor is abrupt and not thorough, and on more than one occasion they've billed us incorrectly.

Update. We left this doctor 2 years ago and still receive an incorrect bill from them. They didn't bill my insurance within 90 days so they continue to attempt to bill us $227 for a regular preventative visit. Even though we only went to this doctor for one year, we received several incorrect bills from them.

We are new to this clinic location. My husband brought my son to this location last month. My husband was pleased with the wait time and service provided. To include, getting the referral for an Otho doc was immediate. We appreciate this! Overall we are satisfied customers/patients of this clinic.

I have been using this office for my 2 girls for about 2 years now. Not once have I ever had any issues, my daughter has been seen and slipped in last minute when she was ill. I moved an hr and a half away and i refuse to switch DR's, I will continue to make the drive because it's hard to find a good dr you trust.

So far I have been waiting 40 minute passed my appointment time to see the pediatrician. But they already took my copay and billed my insurance for the visit. I have been coming to this office location since I was a child and now I bring my children here. But I'm thinking that's about to change. I would go somewhere else, Make that 50 minutes now

Our doctor has been with my children since birth and I absolutely love her however the staff is another story. It seems nobody wants to do their jobs anymore and their customer service is a joke. I can deal with bad attitudes in pretty much any setting but when your attitude and incompetence is getting in the way of my children's medical care we have a huge problem.

The Doctors are distant and impersonal, they are in such a rush that don't really care for connecting with patients, for a good examination, or a fallow-up, well at least Dr. Chin and Dr. Rodriguez. Don't they know that you can find a Pediatrician almost at every corner? I guess they don't care. I changed the Doctor for my Kids for one with a little heart and compassion.

Dr. Chin is always on a rush to get in and out of the room, when I ask a question she says let me go check then she leaves and never comes back, no compassion at all.

I had my daughter's 1st appointment here today. The wait and the ridiculous amount of paperwork was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The staff, nurse and Dr. Winn were great and my 2yo was in full tantrum mode. They were patient, kind and creative.

Have a sick child waited over weekend to see his doctor. On monday no appointments available for another day. Terrible customer service don't seem to understand who their customer are, was instructed if need to see a doctor today go to urgent care or emergency room.

I take all of my children here and have never had a problem. Dr Dorsett has always been very kind and professional and I have never felt rushed with our appointment. I trust her and think she is a great doctor. Sometimes the nursing and front desk staff can be hit or miss, but you get that anywhere. I never have to wait that long to be seen, it's a busy office, I'm sure to provide plenty of time in my schedule when I need to take my kids in. Overall, we have been very happy here!

I love the staff and Dr Hassel is absolutely incredible. She's gentle when my daughter is sick as well as when she's well, and treats my questions about vaccines with respect. The whole staff is great and we're thinking about not moving back to Dallas because we like this place so much. Highly recommended.
