Texas Children's Pediatrics Humble Kingwood, Kingwood Area TX

I have been coming to this office for years, it came highly recommended but after today i am very disappointed in their patient care. My husband was recently laid off, which made us loose our insurance. Finally got them on medicaid and Dr. Leach said he would gladly continue to see my kids. The lady I spoke to LISA had the biggest attitude and rude demeanor. So now not only are families struggling during this hard time of COVID with precautions, but now i have to deal with women in this office treating me different because of what insurance provider i carry? So much for caring for your patients, and every time i tried to ask her a question she kept cutting me off and even gave me a attitude and said i dont know what your asking i already told you no? Then i ask to speak to their office manager sabrina and she said she wasn't available how convenient right? I'm not the one to write reviews but this had to be said. The Drs here are amazing, but certain employees need to work on being professional and respectful. Tried again contacting the office manager and they say she is out sick, so of course their is no one that wants to address this problem.

After receiving services for my son's surgery at Texas Children, I was already looking for a new PCP for my son. So I decided to branch out and try the Texas children near me, I'm happy I did. I had to change my time and they were so helpful. Dr Leach is my son's new PCP; he made him feel so comfortable! His nurse Janice was so welcoming, she explained what would happen and etc. My son had to end up getting shots and Janice gave him his shot he said mom she can give me a shot any day it didn't hurt. I'm so happy I took a chance. Best decision ever. Also the faculty is very clean.

Janice is THE BEST nurse! My kids LOVE LOVE LOVE her. She makes them feel more comfortable about any vaccines and explains any questions they may have. She truly makes our visits happy ones, even if they are sick!

We love Humble Pediatrics! Dr. Smoot and Nurse Janice are so wonderful. They make me confident that my children are getting the best care possible. I recommend them to anyone looking for care for their children.

Everyone and everything about TC Humble/Kingwood is amazing! Nurse Janice and Dr. Smoot are the best. They are super nice, patient with my child and efficient! We are always in and out super quick. Excellent service, I always refer people to this location.

Texas Childrens Pediatrics is more than just my Dr’s office for both of my kids but they are family! Dr. Leach has been in our family for 37yrs. We call him and his amazing nurse Janice the “baby whisperer” The visits are always personable and I don’t feel like he is rushing our visit to see the next patient. They are an amazing team and are stuck with us until my son & daughter can no longer fit on the exam table

We have been going here for 9 years. We have never had any issues and love Dr. Leach and his nurse Janice! They go above and beyond to make sure our 3 kids are taken care of!

We have been going to Texas Children's Pediatrics Humble-Kingwood since 2004. Dr. Leach is our pediatrician and he is awesome. We went today and Kaili and Amber were there to greet us. Janice was our nurse today and like any other visit she was happy to see my boys. She treats my boys as if they were her own. I am happy I chose Texas Children's Pediatrics Humble-Kingwood sixteen years ago.

Just told me my sons asthma wasnt an urgent reason to come in and I couldnt make an appt.are you kidding me? If i could give 0 stars i would. This isnt the doctor for you if really care. I have Dr. Mohsin and she doesnt really seem concerned with any sickness unless its death bed type.

We just moved to Kingwood a few months ago and I took my son in for his yearly check up. We saw Dr Mohsin and I was completely unhappy with our experience and will be going to a different pediatrician moving forward. She was not friendly. I brought up a concern that I would like to talk about for my son and she said I had to make a separate appt if I wanted to talk about my concern because she had other appts. What about our appt? That’s the whole purpose I made the appt to begin with was to talk about my concerns. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The are good to a point they dont double check what they are doing especially when giving shots.to a child to make sure they are correct

I’m so surprised with all the negative reviews. We LOVE this location, and Dr. Smoot (along with all the nurses) are just fantastic. Everyone seems to really care! When I have questions after hours, and have to call the answering service I will get a call back from a nurse in a VERY timely manner (usually within just a few minutes), and even they are extremely sweet and helpful!

Love Dr Mohsin! She’s been our girl’s pediatrician for 13 years and would not trust my daughters primary care to anyone else! Love everyone there, and her nurse Erica is the best nurse ever!

My daughter and my son had been receiving treatment for theirs asthma problems and their health had been improved. Thanks.

Trying to get someone on the phone for information is almost impossible. We move from Phoenix and We requested our records to be transfer and is been a month and they still saying that the records are not available.

Called and asked if I could have a last minute appointment. My 7 month old has a nasty cough (sounds like it’s in his chest) and he’s having issues breathing.

The receptionist told me there was nothing today, but they could see if they could “work him in tomorrow”

WHAT PART OF MY CHILD IS HAVING ISSUES BREATHING DUE TO CONGESTION DONTOU NOT UNDERSTAND? I just moved here and I already CAN NOT WAIT to change doctors.

Doctor Thomas Leach is one of the best pediatrician that we have met. The registration and re-appointment is very convenient through online app and they have good reminder that reminds you 2-3 times the date and time for appointments.
