We love Dr. Batista and my 3 kids have been with her for 5 or 6 years. Definitely have to use mychart to speak with her and avoid dealing with the office manager and her trying to give you the run around. Dr Batista is def worth it!

What a wonderful experience!
I have been searching for a Pediatrician for my son for a while now. First, the front office staff over the phone especially, Mrs. Martinez was very friendly and offered prompt assistance. Next, upon entering the office the Nurses took all protocals to ensure everyones safety during this Covid19. The office was very clean and welcoming. The nurses took their time and made sure to be efficient. But most of all Dr. Kuan is Amazing! She was patient, kind, honest and covered all bases. She did a thorugh check and answered all of my questions. Thank you everyone for your help!

My mother recently went to a office visit with my younger sibling who has Down Syndrome, unfortunately we expected the visit to be of great service being that it is a Texas Children’s Clinic. Dr. Kuan was not the nicest and actually rude. I expect the most out of doctors working with Texas Children’s.

Simply the worst pediatric visit of my son 11years. Parents please be very careful to whom you trust with your children’s care. As a medical employee, I have never heard a doctor give a diagnosis then state “OR” it could be this. A parent or child should never leave a doctors office feeling as if a doctor is less concern or lack knowledge ones care. I would not state every dr is horrible at this location however, if you want to speak to a doctor for 5 to 7minutes without any accomplishment. Ask for Dr. Kuan

My children are their patients since they were born for 5 years, feel inconvenience after they changed system working 2 years ago.
I called for appointment this morning 4 times, no body answered me, only voice message.

My child was seen here recently and our experience wasn’t so great. I expected the doctor to be understanding of my concerns and be patient and answer my questions. She seemed to be in a rush and not worried about my concerns. As a parent you at least expect to feel that the doctor cares in some kind of way? Instead she spoke to me sarcastically and is rude. I am currently looking for another pediatrician and reading reviews. Our visit that day was with Dr. KUAN. Also, staff is ridiculously unorganized and unprofessional. I was very annoyed with the entire visit.

I would definitely give this facility a negative rating if possible. We have been long time patients at another Texas children's location and absolutely loved it however, it was a bit of a drive so we tried the katy location since it's closer. That was the first visit and the last. The front desk staff were cold and had no customer service skills then when we were taken to the back, one of my kids was given a hearing test and I was told he has absolutely no hearing in one ear (I later took him to an audiologist who said he has normal hearing with no hearing loss), my other child complained about stomach pain and was simply told to not eat dairy without any additional questions or testing and no warrant for the diagnosis. He also needed a booster vaccine but we opted to come at a later time so he wouldn't be sore and have to miss school or work. So instead of respecting our decision on his medical treatment, they asked to see my other child in a separate room. While in the room with my younger child, they told my older child I gave the ok for the shots and turned around and told me that my son gave the ok. Unfortunately not all TCP facilities are created equal and the Katy location can absolutely not be trusted!

Today I took both of my kids to have their well child care checkup and immunizations. It was a very pleasant visit. I am so thankful for them opening on Saturday's, they were relaxed and engaging. Shout out to the staff: Mrs. Theresa, Dr. Kuan, and the Manager. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and they all provided excellent customer service! I pray that God will continue to bless them so that they may continue to bless others.

Dr. Dalia Batista is simply the most sweet caring pediatrician I have ever had in all Houston! Mrs. Aixa and Mrs. Ann are so nice and welcoming to all patients and parents! 10/10 Our Kids clinic since 2016

This is the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. Dr Kuan and Dr Rafiei always make us feel like we are the only patients there, never rushed. I'm truly grateful, Dr Kuan taught me how to take care of my baby boy after his circumcision and Dr Rafiei helped me structuring a feeding plan because my baby wasn't gaining enough weight. They genuinely care!

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! The most horrible experience I've ever had in a Pediatrics center. Shu C Kuan MD was the Pediatrician providing for my son. She was rude, condescending and never smiled once at my child nor myself. She curled her lip as she looked us up and down as if we just arrived off the back of a dump truck. Red flags everywhere! ANY ONE WHO WOULD HIRE OR WORK WITH A PEDIATRICIAN OF THIS CALIBER SHOULD ALSO BE INVESTIGATED.

I am only giving this office 2 stars because the desk staff is kind.

Dr. Kuan is the reason for the 3 star reduction. She comes off as negative and does not take the parent's word. At the end of the day a parent does not need negativity from their child's physician. They need support and encouragement (especially first time parents). We will be going to a different office.

I love dr patista she so nice with kids and have patient with them but the appointment sucks and the disk are giving problem.
Today the health and human service gave me a temporary medicaid paper to take my son to the dr until I receive the card in the mail and i called 211 and i make sure that’s active then i called the office to make an appointment they said there’s nothing called emergency medicaid and they didn’t let me take him so i told them I’m gonna move my son from that pediatric to another one

I have only met the office manager and the sweet lady at the front desk that is a very good "multitasker"and so far my experiences have been very good. My son will be seeing Doctor Batista for his 2yr.check up and I look forward to meeting her. The office manager was very nice and got my son's files transferred from bluefish pediatrics, who I am not very happy with at this time. Both ladies made my first visit very pleasant. Thank you very much and I look forward to seeing you all in July. Thanks

Most staff personnel is very sweet and efficient. I did however have my son seen by Dr. Quan for the first time today and it was a very unpleasant experience. She cut me off in the middle of sentences, used a very sarcastic tone of voice throughout the visit, left the room without asking if I had any questions or letting me know we were finished. Didn’t do a thorough screening for a well Checkup visit also.

I have 3 children and I swear it seems that every time I turn around one if them is sick. Might I add one is special needs and Doctor Batista always does a more than satisfactory job with them. She's very knowledgeable and caring. We've seen Doctor Kuan occasionally and she's knowledgeable and caring as well. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but that's to be expected when the doctors are good at what they do.
