We were seen by the new doctor in this location, Dr. Shenoy. Our best pediatrician so far, listen to concerns. Did not pressure us on stopping breastfeeding or push us to sleep train. Encouraged us to do what works for us. Focused on our daughters health rather than policing us on our parenting style.

Scheduling also was easy and the nurses are pleasant.

This location is great the enviroment and staff is so bubbly my daughter loves her new doctor Michelle and her assistant Kenya was so helpful the communication with me and my daughter was positive and very understanding KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Stephanie Tharayil! Hands down the best pediatrician. Will definitely continue bringing my daughter here for her appointments!

Just started going to this office. So far we love it. Both doctors are very nice, personable and try to spend as much time with patients as possible. All other staff is nice and courteous. The only practical issue is that there is no lab in the office so for blood draws kiddos have to go to other location.
Somehow we managed to come at the time when they are not too busy and we were seen almost immediately.
So far, I would recommend this place.

The secretaries are the problem. They don't answer the phones (call all day, walk in and both are just sitting there). They ignore you when you come in. If you cam get to a doctor, they seem great, but they need to choose a different practice, cause this place is too difficult to get ahold of anyone.

My son has adhd and its important for the nurse to respond when i call, we moved to Missouri City from Pearland, the nurses called back every time when i left a message, and i call to speak with someone and the phones are not answered, i am forced to drive there and get things done.please tell me how i can get someone on the phone.i went by monday to have the nurse call me today is Friday i have not hear from her.also i need his refill there got to be an better way.please let me know how.
