Always great attention to my concerns as a Parents.been going here for 19 years since they were at the bank of America tower. Dr. Sandles he always take the time to answer my questions and concerns and the office staff very professional. Ms. Jackie and Maria would do a great job scheduling your appointments!

Staff is good. But the wait time is ridiculous. What’s the point of having an appointment when they see you an hour to an hour and a half later.
Don’t book an appointment if you can’t meet it.

This place is horrible. The Dr.is not but the staff is bad service they always take long even to get an appointment. I don’t recommend this place to no one. They are wanting to do virtual but at the urgent Texas children care they take you right away unlike this clinic here. I mean trust me eveytime I had an appointment there is always someone upfront complaint about their service.

I love it here. Dr. Robinette is the best with my son and daughter and the staff has always been more than helpful even during these difficult times. If a call is not answered they always respond on my chart and follow up with a call to ensure everyting is taken care of or if we need anything.

I loved it here but the office staff is causing it’s down fall. They never answer their phones! Doesn’t matter what time you call. The lady who does the referrals has the worst attitude! If you have a question you’ll be on hold only to be hung up on. I had my son here and now my daughter but I’ll be switching.

I put them down on my son's insurance because they had good reviews but they're not taking new patients and dont know when they will take new patients. So now I have to find a new doctor while my kid is sick.

I feel this place is a bit underrated. Dr. Matthews is very nice and makes your kid feel comfortable. The staff was also very nice, in particular Lucia, who was extremely helpful. The wait wasn’t too bad either.

Doctors are amazing but they office is constantly behind by 50+ minutes. This is just sitting in the waiting room. Communication is horrible by the admin and billing has no idea what they are doing. Switched to another pediatrician outside Texas Children’s.

I have been bringing my kids to doctor Robinetts since they have been babies! My kids are now teens and they love her! Also Robinetts nurse that takes the vitals is awesome too she has been dr Robinetts assistant for a long time! Very professional I highly recommend Doctor Robinett and her staff! Love how they dont change staff like other places! The front desk ladies are very nice as well!

Horrible wait times! This office notoriously overbooks and if your appointment time is 10: 15, expect to be called back at 11: 15 and actually seen at about 11: 45. This is so disrespectful. They do not value anyone's time but their own. Seriously expect to spend a minimum of 2 hours here for even a small 15 minute check up appointment.

They misdiagnosed my son with stomach virus when he tested positive for flu somewhere else. Idk.first time having something like this happen they usually take us to the other building with doctor's where they actually test him but this time they took him in emergency room where they just went with the symptoms.

We hadn’t been here in a while since my son was an infant and dr robinette was always fantastic. However, We recently came in two weeks ago and saw Julie, and if she hadn’t told us to do bloodwork when my 3 year old sons legs hurt we wouldn’t never known what was really going on underlying.my spouse and I give all the credit to her.thank you thank you! He wouldn’t be getting the proper treatment today if it wasn’t for her!

Love Dr. Clark but the front desk staff is awful! 20min holding just to schedule an appt and they will even disconnect your line before helping you.

My daughter was a patient for about 2 years. Dr Sandles was great, however, towards the end our waiting time was ridiculous. For about 4 appointments we waited longer than an hour. We also recently moved out of state and was trying to call to get her medical records sent to the new pediatrician and I had to call about 4 times, each time I was on hold for about 30 minutes then the call automatically ended. They finally answered on the 5th call.

The wait is too long every time we go there. Even if you show up early. ABC pediatrics on wallisville is way faster and the staff is friendlier.

I like Dr. Sandles and this office. However, when I call to reschedule or make an appt the phones break up badly and then they hang up on me and do not call back.so looks like I won’t be rescheduling when I was trying to be respectful to Dr. Sandles. Sorry for being a no show Dr. I tried to do the right thing. Very frustrating especially when you’re on hold forever just to be hung up on.
