I live this location. Everyone here is very polite and very professional. We never have long wait times. Dr. Stephanie Lynch is phenomenal and does a great job with our son. We have been going Ng to her for years now. She is very informative and very thorough. All of the nurses are very nice and caring. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for pediatric care!

The ladies in the front office, the nurses, and the doctor we saw are so nice. They make sure your children are well treated. I would definitely recommend this place to a family member or friend

In September, shortly after beginning in person school, my son got sick and was running a high fever. Concerned about Covid, I immediately called to make an appointment. The receptionist told me that I could not schedule an appointment because my son hadn't had a wellness visit that year. When I explained that he had a wellness visit in December at his previous doctor's office and had been seen by TX children's twice this year, they told me that I would have to call his previous doctor to get his chart sent over and they would only schedule his visit after the paperwork was sent. Knowing this process could take at least 24 hours, I asked if I could just schedule another wellness visit now, since his b day was only a month out, and they could see him. I was told that a wellness visit wasn't a sick visit so no. Luckily, I was able to call his previous doctor and get him seen asap. The office was disgusted that they wouldn't see my very I'll son. Months later, I am still disgusted that you would refuse to see an established patient who was very ill over a wellness visit and make me jump through hoops knowing I was taking care of my son. DISGUSTING!

I was very pleased with Dr. Kahlden. He has great bedside manner and very professional. He’s very thorough and took time to answer my questions and concerns. He assessed my baby from head to toe while being gentle. He’s very knowledgeable and understanding. I definitely recommend seeing him. I will be coming back to have my baby be seen by Dr. Kahlden.

My son is behind on his shots, so I set an appointment for a checkup. He was behind 5 shots. I didn’t feel comfortable getting all 5 shots at once. I was told they couldn’t see me anymore because they don’t do modifications to the shot schedule. I didn’t want much and I have never been turned away for my requests. Apparently it’s against policy. I was willing to do at least 3 of the 5. It was waste of time and unfortunate because I have been going to TX Pediatrics for years and this is the only location I’ve had this problem.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Watson at this location. My 14 year old son has been going to him since he was about 3. We were actually using a different pediatrician with Texas Children's Pediatrics and encountered Dr. Watson during an after hours visit. We immidiately fell in love with him and made the switch. He started at a location 5 minutes from us, moved to a location about 20 minutes away, and is now about 35 minutes from where live, but we gladly make the drive because he is just that amazing! I can honestly say I will be sad when my son is 18 and can no longer go to him. I also want to give a shout out to Ms. Julie who works at check out. I called today for an appointment, and she was so patient and helpful with assisting me with the video appointment, and making sure it was clear what all we needed to do to prepare. She even made suggestions for seeing someone at TCP Urgent care or a differnt TCP location if we didn't want to wait 6 hours for our appointment time. We wanted to see Dr. Watson, so we were happy to wait. Ms. Julie was just all around wonderful, and my call had nothing to do with her "check out" responsibilities. Thank you Dr. Watson and Ms. Julie for being rock stars!

Really like our doctor, but the office seems poorly managed. They squeezed me in for a same day apt, but didn't bother to tell me it was going to be a really long wait. At the hour mark, with a screaming baby I finally just had to leave. The entire scheduling problem is almost universal to medical in the Untied States. You schedule an apt, 15-20 minutes is an acceptable window of time (You're never going to "go right back" actually on time). But a 60-minute wait is where I draw the line. That's unacceptable. That's disrespectful. That says very clearly "we don't value your time, you step in our office and you're on our schedule". But who's paying who? Yep. No.

Going to TCP is something we look forward to. TCP does an amazing job in digitalizing appointments scheduling and visit summary. This is a must in today’s standards. They have enhanced screening procedures during COVID-19 and I felt comfortable in bringing my kiddos to the practice. Dr. Watson is very fun to talk with, great at putting parents at ease. Julie at the checkout was very friendly, gave me some samples and made sure my visit was seamless. The wait fluctuates and most times it was decent and reasonable. I would highly recommend this practice to parents in the neighborhood.

I took my grandbaby in today to see Dr. Watson! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and safe. Even with the pandemic and uneasiness of the world, her check up went perfect! The office manager Honey and Perla got us all checked in so quickly. We love this office.

We have been seeing Dr Stephanie Lynch for a few years now and usually have Esvi or Asvi as our MA.we really like both. When we first started in 2014 or 15 we were assigned a Different doctor but I felt he was too harsh with my 1 or 2 year old or lacked cultural competency so we requested a change. We are very happy with Dr.lynch. Everyone else at this office is very professional.
