Very disappointed with this facility. I tried calling the facility to let them know we were stuck in front of an unexpected accident. 17 mins wait on the phone to have no one answer. I get to the facility the receptionist (older lady) is just looking at her computer not even acknowledging us until I went up to her to check in. Let her know I have been trying to call but no one is answering. She said they were short-staffed so they don't answer the calls. I get there 2 mins before the grace period. The front lady the proceeds to call the back to see if they can work us in and they said no. I can come back at 4 pm.

As others have said the issues are not with the Drs but with the way this popsicle stand is run. Between the billing nightmares and scheduling.its insane. They need to provide estimates before they charge you 600$ per xray. DO NOT GET XRAYS here.buy your own machine and do them at home ffs.

We are currently in the process of finding a new pediatrician for our son. Dr. Wong is wonderful for well child visits and I have nothing negative to say about her. The outpatient office is just so poorly run and does not set aside appointments for unexpected sick visits. The current wait for a sick visit appointment is almost 2 weeks out. 11 days to be exact. I’ve been told several times to visit an urgent care instead. Clearly there is a problem that isn’t being addressed with the booking system. We will not be waiting around to find out if they can figure it out.

I love our doctors office. All 3 of my children go here and they love it. From the front to the back of this office the employees are helpful, friendly and very well organized! I'm so glad I switched my children to Texas Children's Pediatrics.

Brought in my daughter to see Dr Cohen, for vomiting and fever and pink eye as a self pay patient. He advised I do a COVID test, to which I refused because I had no concern for covid and I can do a covid test at home I would rather pay to have a strep test if I have to pay for testing and collecting fee out of pocket. He basically dismissed me and said my choice was to isolate my daughter for 10 days. CDC doesn’t even recommend isolation for 10 days anymore. I had to basically ask him to send meds to treat the vomiting and pink eye. When I asked about clearing her he basically refused to give me a return to school because we didn’t test for COVID. But then again he refused to test for anything else. I wish I would’ve been able to see my regular doctor. Avoid him, don’t waste your time and jeopardize your kids well being.

We see Dr. Freedman and he is absolutely great but the facility is getting worse day after day. It is almost impossible to see your doctor if your child is sick. What is the point of having a pediatrician but not being able to see him when you need to? !

This place is going down the hill very fast and very quick! Have been with one specific pediatrician for many years, no issues there HOWEVER the call center/Reception/whatever they call themselves - You are complete incompetents ruining the names of good doctors, making parents to withdraw! Sham on your names and whomever put you in these positions to be the face of the facility. Never address your concern, never call back, take "hand written notes (in damn 21st century!), PUT A CONCERNED MOTHER ON HOLDS! Idiots! Not deserving even to have a job!

Been bringing my children here for years! Absolutely love the doctors and staff. However the urgent care or hospital are known to have excessive wait times.

My review is the same as what 'Dennis Daulton' posted, "If you call in expect to be on hold for 20 minutes and if you need a same day appointment good luck they will triage you to a nurses hotline that might or might not call you back by the end of the day. Oh and they don’t except walk in visits. I can plan ahead for a well visit but illnesses come unexpected so to not have walk in visits is just nonsensical. " thank you for posting this review because unfortunately that happened to me also.
When I called for my child to see a doctor for a Strep Throat symptoms, the lady at the appointment desk said, "we cannot see your child today - I can make an appointment for tomorrow afternoon". Tomorrow? My child has this terrible pain, and you are telling us to wait until tomorrow to see the doctor? I told her that we are not waiting until tomorrow, and she hanged up the phone on me. Yes, hanged up the phone on me. I had to call back again and wait on hold to peak to them again. I think this is being insensitive and rude to your patients -

The phone system is just a torture. You cannot bypass announcements, it let you listen whole bunch of messages first. When you try to leave a message it keeps asking push this button, push that. So unfriendly and uneasy way of leaving messages. They just need to hire someone to make it easier for everyone.

Good parking. Clean place. Mask required although mask mandate lifted. No siblings allowed at visits unless nurses approve at their discretion.

This practice is filled with amazing people and the Pediatricians are unparallelled! Dr. Phillips, who is retiring today, has cared for me and my siblings since early childhood and also my daughter since 2008. Texas children's here (and in The Woodlands) is worth any wait and safety precautions because the staff genuinely care for their patients with compassion, empathy, and great expertise. Thank you to Robin, the office manager, for your hard work!

I've been trying to reach the office to talk to them about signing up my child as a new patient once he's born in a few weeks (what paperwork I need, do I need to get on record now or later, etc.), and was on hold for over 28 minutes before I hung up. As someone who has worked in the healthcare field previously, I find this to be completely unacceptable, and was very much let down after hearing such good things.
