Just took my dog in to be neutered, and, so far so good. I haven't picked him up yet, still sitting outside waiting. I anticipate no problems and everyone made me feel ok leaving him. Well, kinda, lol.

I Bring all my pups here for vaccinations and deworming, people are very kind and helpful, great system in place to help get a lot of pups and kittens seen in a short amount of time! Appreciate all of you who work here!

All hail TCAP. I’ve brought two cats and now a puppy to them for various things from shots to spaying/neutering. They all care about the animals and are so kind. Support your local non profits, they are doing this for the love of it, not the money they can make. And you get nothing for a 5 star review, which says a lot. When I walk into a place and see a sign like that, I immediately become suspicious of the Google rating.

Great price for my new pup's shots, heartworm preventative, flea/tick prevention; crowded but the staff keeps the lid on the chaos and was patient with my barky German Shepherd Dog; the wait time can be long, but they have a system so that you wait in the car with your dog and come up when your small group is called; the staff is efficient and good with all the dogs and cats.

They have the process down to efficient proceeding, check in and pick up! By the way, gor anyone using TCAP, have your paper work filled out before you get there and if your animal has been vaccinated, proof of the vaccinations. If they have not, they will do it there. Staff was great!

Very friendly staff, they explained the take home instructions very well, and my pup got everything he needed done within my budget and what I could afford! Highly recommend and will be back!

It’s an adventure! Don’t be put off when you see the line of people waiting at 8am. TCAP has the system down and it’s fast, courteous and professional! I’ve been coming here for years knowing my dogs get the best teeth cleanings available - at affordable prices. Save $100’s by making appointments in advance. Great place for discounted shots and flea protection, too.

When it comes to shots and heart worm testing/ medication this is definitely the place to go!

I called to ask if they did a service, and when the lady came on, she was very rushed and rude she just put me on hold. When she replied they did not perform the service, she did not say another word, so I assumed she was done. I waited and then said, 'Ok than you. " She started to say something else but then stopped, said "Oh ok" and hung up. She seemed rushed and did not even bother to finish or say thank you for calling, just hung up. If this place is that overwhelmed and much less rude on the phone, I can not imagine what they are like with animals. I would not take my fur baby to a place that is that rushed, which causes bad things to happen.

Having taken two new kittens here for almost the entirety of their vet care, I've been pleasantly surprised at how great the service is and how knowledgeable the employees are. Even when it's busy and there are lots of dogs, they've made the effort each time to make my kittens feel comfortable, whether that's placing us in a separate room for a moment or allowing me to have a helping hand in holding them/calming them down for shots. Her first shot, she ran onto my shoulder and hid on top of me, and the vet was super kind in letting her hide there for her first shot instead of forcing her down onto the table, haha. I recently got them both fixed, one neutered and the other spayed, and their incisions were both perfect and have been healing nicely. I've grown up with over 12 cats in my life, and my baby girl's incision was the smallest, cleanest site I've ever seen. Really happy it's barely a centimeter, and not 2 inches, as I've seen in the past.
They also gave ample instruction on how to give them their medicine as they recover, provided me extra newspaper for the first day or two, and I'm glad that they have an emergency number/clinic should I have any questions. Overall, extremely happy with their service, I'll be coming here as my first choice every time.
