I went today to renew my license in Snyder Texas. Morgan S has excellent customer service. Very polite, when instructions were given they are very clear. Personality is outstanding.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Okay, really painless. Went to the DMV this morning, early, just after they opened. Morgan was staffing the office. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Amazing driver’s license application experience. Morgan is awesome: answered all my questions and guided me through the process of the application. Kudos!

Almost never open & closes without warning on days they are scheduled to be open.

Worst DMV I have ever been too. For the last 10 years it has been short handed, poorly managed, unorganized, and it is an impossibility to get anything accomplished there in one visit. Information provided by staff for documents needed to obtain ID cards and/or licenses is always vague and misinforming. If you feel like taking a whole day out of your schedule to still not achieve what you walk in there to do, visit the Snyder DMV.
