My experience at this office is wonderful! Really like the appointment system. No long line, 10 minutes wait and Bill, who helped me to renew my license, was very friendly and responsible.

Went to renew DL, Moses the cashier was SUPER nice towards myself and my son. The line went smooth and the wait was NOTHING. Love the system with the appointments only

I love the new online appointment set up. I no longer fear a trip to the DMV. Walked in and out 20 mins later for my DL renewal. The staff were very good and COVID careful. Good location!

Both times I've been here I've had to wait more than an hour after my appointment time. Why make appointments if you won't keep them?

The DPS Operators did very well in trying to help. Even though they were virtually closed. Yet they remained patient and explained to us how to navigate their system easier. I left happy and satisfied.

Went in for a name change on my DL and had a great experience from start to finish. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Staff was nice and helpful. Wanda had a great attitude and made the name change process seamless. I definitely recommend this location. Make sure to have an appointment.

Surprisingly painless experience renewing my drivers license. Very different experience from 10 years ago when I was last at a DPS in person. Very efficient and staff was helpful and friendly. In and out in 25 minutes!

Made an appointment online for renewal, showed up 10 minutes early, waited to check in to only wait again in another line. Got my application and number and I was called right on time, showed up at the counter, and the rep was the nicest I've encountered in the history of DMV visits.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. I accidentally showed up here, but my appointment was actually at another DPS location. The kind lady at the front desk gave me the opportunity to stay, and be seen. The employee who tested vision, and the one who finalized paperwork and took the photo, were all SO sweet! Blown away by the customer service today. Thank you!

My daughter and I went to get her learner’s permit at the Dacoma office. We had THE BEST experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The lady that processed her application was kind and patient and funny. She acted as excited for my daughter as I was. Big thanks to the team at the Dacoma office for creating such an awesome experience for my daughter

Great experience and and clean building the lady's works there are amazing and they keep it going fast service and Ms Janisha were really helpful and very informative and having positive customer service

We didn't have a long wait. Unfortunately I had to retrieve another document, but the agent who helped me, Yasmin, was very helpful and made the experience worth the extra drive. I always go to DPS on Dacoma for all our licensing needs.

Compared to the DPS in Gessner, the staff in this DPS were very friendly. It was very organized and the staff were very helpful in telling you what information you need to get processed. The person who attended me even told me what I needed to do in my next appointment to avoid any hassles and get the final documents I needed. With an appointment, I left in 40 minutes.

Worst location I've ever been to. We spent literally 4 weeks in a row going here, because each week they made my husband (he's Arab) do something new, just to take his road test. And each week they'd play dumb as to why they didn't tell him to do all of these things on the first visit. They have no respect for a good person's time, or the fact that they're repeatedly having to leave work to go there, and putting their job in jeopardy. They look for any reason to force you to have to come back repeatedly. And everyone we encountered there were unfriendly, or straight up rude to him, aside from the very final woman who finally gave him his road test.
