First a warning.get an appointment first! After that it's all gravy! I was in snd out in less than an hour, unlike what it would have been if I'd just walked in. I feel the processing went much smoother this way, even as the clerks dealt with network issues. So.there's that.

In and out in 30 minutes plus no crowds was great. I hope it remains that way. In the past I have been there more than 5 hours. Keep it up. Thanks

My bf brought in all required documents, this location still gave him the run around multiple times. They would approve a document, then disapprove of it. On multiple ones containing our address. If you need to go somewhere, surely there's a better place than this one.

First of all I arrived esky for my license renewal. I had original copy of birth certificate.wasn't accepted and I was never ask or told the option of the clerk looking it up on line. I had to literally go and get a copy.and furthermore the clerk just said you can come back BUT never offered to make me a new appointment lack of communication in my opinion.you would think that under all the stress this country has been in because, of 3 year covid could at least be a little bit more informative!

The staff are friendly, and the facility is clean. I arrived 20 minutes before my DL transfer to TX appointment and was out in a total of 40 minutes. (They took me in early.) I thought it would be a super stressful experience but the people working there were really kind.

I took my son to get a learner's permit and we dealt with the kindest, most patient worker I have ever seen at the TDPS. She was at station 7.

Literally the worst driver license office I have ever been in. They never tell you the correct documents then when you show up with all the documents if they don’t approve of the condition of the document they tell you that you need a new certified document. I will literally drive further away just to go to a driver license office from now on and never return to this office or any other in the Beaumont area!

Why make appointment when u have to get a number when you go in. Employee's were nice but out of 7 workers only 3 were there today. REALLY Really SLOW

Waited for 1.5 hrs. While waiting was told I had to give up my seat so that other people can sit. What century are we still living in? When I got to the counter was told I needed to fill out a form that I could have filled out while I was waiting. This caused me to have to wait longer. Thankfully the counter person that helped me after made the process less agonizing. I give her the star.

This girl I had this time didn't do a good job! Had a complete facial wax and I need to find a place to finish what she didn't get!

If I could give "0" stars, that's what I would give. Making an appointment is a Joke! I waited 2hrs to be called just to find out I didn't have what they required and was told the person that took my temperature should have told me what I need. I was given the wrong form to fill out and when I asked about the form I was told get a form from the stand by the front desk. I see why this place gets such bad reviews. Very Unprofessional!

Well, it's the DMV office, nobody really wants to be there. I must say that with the covid, it has speed up the process in which you get in and out. The ladies are all super nice and accommodating.

Very helpful. Organized group of committed individuals trying to make it as easy as possible for all those affected by yhis pandemic.

Even though the system went down the lady handling my DL needs was awesome and handles the situation kindly and made sure I could come back get in quickly and get what I needed done!
