As expected going to the DMV
It has been over 15-20 years since I've been to the Marshall location I'm just hoping that the staff now is a happy staff people friendly and not to put a Negative Nancy in your day when you when you leave the DMV that's what I'm hoping for the future no negative Nancy's there they don't need to hire retired ladies that need something to do they need happy people friendly people there we need some kindness on Earth here it's a bad ugly world we live in

I set an appointment here because it was one of the few DPS offices I could find within 2 hours of Dallas with openings a week out.

Getting my new resident driver's license was easy. Misty was easy to work with, and got the documents from me that'd scan the easiest/quickest so we could get in/out of there. It was a 2 hour drive out here, but I was in the office for maybe 20 minutes including check-in. Just make sure you bring all of the required documents and you'll be fine.

Rudest people ever, needs appointment to do their job so half the day they get paid to do nothing. Tax dollars hard at work.

The ladies here are more than helpful. Thank you for the professional and friendly people working here. They were trying to help everyone.
We went to Linden first, had to go twice, they were not very helpful-they were dismissive.

They were quick and very professional! They were also very kind most places usually have stank attitudes but they were great.

Went there because lost my wallet. Told me I needed my birth certificate. Even tho I have one on file with them. Went back and it was 5 min after 4. After going back to hallsville. To get birth certificate. There open till 5.so now this will be 3 trips. They don't care all they want is to get off early.

I need help every time I try and make a appointment to renew my driver's license online it won't let me it's been almost 6 months and i still can make a appointment my probably because i have a work permit that allows me to have a driver's license so when i try and make a Appointment i get no where can someone help me please

I went to get my driver's license on my birthday and they have a great staff that is very accommodating with your needs if you got the right documents

Ladies do a good job. Never had to wait a really long time. They always are helpful and let you know what you need to complete your business.

I would share a review if I could ever get to talk to someone. Wait time of 35 minutes is laughable.if it was funny.but it's not.

Staff was very friendly. They're currently working on an appt only basis, but the new appt schedule online was super easy to use. Arrived 30 mins early and they were able to get me and my husband in and taken care of all at only 7 mins over my scheduled appt time. Wonderful, fast service, thank you for the great experience!

Keeps putting off appts. Had all paper work, wanted an affidavit of address. Would not believe landlord that I lived at the address. This covid is hurting everyone. Booked months out.

Set on the phone two seperate times for an hour plus with no one answering. At no other business would this be considered acceptable.

Great people, great service. You hear about DMV folks being crotchety and mean but these are some of the most friendly gals in Texas.

Even though people were upset due to having to have an appointment the worker was extremely cordial.
